If you are reading this you are probably in the same situation I was in a few years ago. In pain and desperate to find a doctor that you can trust and that can help with your injuries. I am very happy with the doctors and staff at wellness one of south Bergen in East Rutherford. I have been going there for a few years to maintain a lower back injury which caused a disk to pinch on my sciatic nerve. Chiropractic and physical therapy visits have cured my pain without risky back surgery. I am thankful that I found a place where I can call for an appointment and has convenient office hours with very limited waiting time. Chiropractors Dr. Foster and Dr. Elliot have excellent experience when I visit them. They adjust my back and neck which makes me make me feel great. Physical therapist Dr. Haider gives me the right exercises that I perform as part of my visit , stretches me out, and puts me on the traction table. Besides working with my injuries I have seen him working with many other clients with many different issues whether its an injury or after his client is recovering from surgery, its amazing to see the progress. You just know this place is doing everything right! So weather your suffering from a back, neck, knee, ect. injury give them a call and you will be in good hands. God bless and good luck!

Truly amazing staff and professionals. Everyone at the desk knows how to make you feel at ease and taken care of. Maria, Leah, Marta...Are amazing! Sorry if I missed any names. Dr. Foster and the other doctors in the building are so informative, positive, and make you feel comfortable. They will sit you down and explain something in "normal" people language for us who dont understand medical terms and explain the steps to get you better. I needed chiro and physical therapy so its awesome that they have Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Nutrition, and probably more in the SAME building. Love this place!

Went here after finding a Groupon for a chiropractic examine and xrays. Ive had lower back pain for many years, which I believe came from a car accident. Dr. Elliot and Dr. David along with their staff did a tremendous job. Not only was the biggest part of my lower back swollen, it was out of line. I went from severe shooting pains to almost none at all. Ive been going for about a month and a half 2 times a week and my back is loving me for it. They really love their job and take care of their patients. Highly recommend! And the sound is amazing!

I have known Dr. Elliot Foster for many years, and I always have been impressed with his knowledge and inspired by his perspective. Eight weeks ago he suggested I start physical therapy with Dr. Haider Rizvi and Anna. My neck and back issues are improving and the service is exceptional. The office is extremely well run thanks to Lea and Maria. Haider and Anna are professional, consistent, and a true pleasure to be around every time you see them. I highly recommend Wellness One of South Bergen.

This is probably the best chiropractor Ive ever been to. They have a very friendly team and arent only about money. They take their time to thoroughly explain everything that is going on and how they will treat you. I would highly recommend this chiropractor team. You wont ever feel rushed here and you wont ever feel like your money is going to waste here. They also have fair prices so if you dont have insurance, dont worry too much. They will take care of you.

My experiences have started here at a very young age. When I came here as a young child, the doctors made the experience fun. It would be fun to come and get my back cracked because the Drs. claimed that I must have eaten popcorn the night before. It is always a new and interesting conversation whenever I come into the office. One can tell that these docotrs love what they do, and really care about making their patients feel the best that they can feel.

Outstanding service. I have gotten acupuncture with Dr. Mike twice thus far and its a remarkable experience. He knows exaxtly what hes doing and offers a healing method that is top notch. Ive also chatted with Dr. Dave on numerous occasions and you can tell why people go to him over and over again. He truly loves what he does and Im looking forward to getting treated by him shortly. I will be with Wellness One for years to come!

Very professional and down to earth. Wellness one will get right the the root of your problem and work on that problem. I can in here 3 weeks ago barely able to walk and Im back to work comfortably. They also send you home with information about your body each time you visit. Great experience.
