I dont think I can praise this dentist office enough. It is not technically considered a Pediatric Dentist, but my children were treated better here than at any of our local pediatric dental offices. The hygienist was so very kind and patient with my son that has Aspergers, Sensory difficulties and Anxiety. She truly made him know that how he felt was the most important part of his visit. I literally had no hope of him actually completing his visit because of how difficult it is for him, but he finished EVERYthing that was planned for his visit. Thank you for easing this moms worried heart and the concern for her childrens dental health. ADDITIONAL INFO: 8-17-17, my youngest son who had a horribly traumatizing experience at another local dentist has been slow to trust a new one. Again, I cannot praise this office enough for their kindness, patience and willingness... not just willingness, but DESIRE to help kids only have great experiences at the dentist. I couldnt be more thrilled knowing that when we go there, I dont have to be nervous and worried for my kids :)

As new patients to Brookside Dental, I was extremely pleased with the care we received for our initial screenings and cleanings from Dr. Siegel and his staff. His office is beautifully decorated, very clean, and he uses state-of-the-art dental equipment to perform x-rays and dental procedures. Recently, my son chipped his front tooth by falling onto a rock. And, although most people thought this added character, it was his smile, his perfect smile, which he wanted back. We called Dr. Siegel immediately to see about nerve damage and what will be needed to repair this injury. And, well...these pictures of my sons teeth speak for Dr. Siegels talent with dental restoration. He restored my sons smile, and, we are so very grateful for this. Dr. Siegel and his staff are an asset to this community and a blessing to all who choose to become his dental patients.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I just moved up from nj and my mother in law recommended this place and Im glad she did. Everyone was very welcoming from the minute I scheduled the appointment to the minute I walked into the door. My hygienist Sonia, is lovely, very informative and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and was not rough at all. After my cleaning I met Dr. Seigel, he was also very nice and knowledgeable. What I love the most about this place (aside from the cleanliness) is that they really want what is best for you. They dont try to make you do things just to get more $$$. I asked about certain procedures and they were very honest with me. They let me know if it was worth doing or not unlike other places Ive been to. This place is amazing and I will definitely be back. ***sorry if I spelled anyones name wrong***

The best hands down!!! I actually live in Chicago but am so comfortable at BFD that I make sure I schedule my appointments while visiting my parents. The office staff are awesome. They are organized and efficient. I love the text message reminders! The hygienists are all so kind and gentle. I had A cleaning yesterday, Sonia was my hygienist and She did an amazing job. Sonia was gentle and explained everything happening as she worked. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and always check on you throughout whatever process you are having. Dr. Siegel is always friendly and my procedure was done before I knew it. He tells you all the steps which will take place and talks you through/checks on you the whole time. Thank goodness for this office!!! Looking forward to my next visit!!!

My wife and I recently switched over to Brookside Family Dentistry, and we are both incredibly happy with their staff and service. Dr. Siegel and all of his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Their facilities are up to date with all of the latest dental equipment/technology. They have excellent payment options for a variety of insurance plans, which can work within any budget. I also really like their email and txt reminders for upcoming appointments. I strongly recommend Brookside Family Dentistry to anyone who is looking for an excellent family Dentist with a wonderful environment and staff!

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Siegel work on my teeth when I came in for an emergency one day. I could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly by is staff and felt right at home. Dr. Siegel saw me immediately and took me out of pain just as fast. His practice facility is super clean, friendly and state of the art compared to other dental offices I have been to in this area. I will definitely be returning to complete my treatment and cant recommend him enough!

From the moment I walked in I knew I chose the right place. Kelly at the desk was friendly and courteous. Jackie did my X-rays and cleaned my teeth. Never have I had anyone do such an awesome job, spending extra time and explaining everything! The rooms were extremely clean, updated and comfortable with TVs. Dr. Siegel was very nice and professional and I will be sure to continue using this location. I had heard great things about the people here and was glad I went! I will be recommending them to everyone!

Not looking forward to the treatment ahead, but Dr Siegel took the time to explain the procedure and my options. Very impressed by the facility and the staff. All are very pleasant and helpful. Glad to have made this choice. 8/23/16 just went in for impressions this morning. Always a pleasure to be greeted by such pleasant staff. Meeting with Dr. Siegel again about the process was even more re-assuring. Definitely happy with my choice to go to Brookside Family Dentistry to go through this procedure.

Dr. Siegels Brookside Family Dentistry is fantastic. I came into the office recently to get a new retainer made. The office is clean and comfortable and the people that work there are friendly and helpful. Dr. Siegel answered all my questions and was very professional. His assistant Caitlin knew exactly what she was doing and made sure I knew what was happening throughout the process. Im not a huge fan of going to the dentist, but Brookside Family Dentistry was a great experience.

The staff is very courteous and Dr. Siegel is knowledgable and caring at the same time. The facility is state of the art and meticulous, which is very important to me. The dentists are nice and they try to keep things comfortable for you as much as they could. They treat me and my wife very well. The place is very sanitized. The air was very important to me because I have allergy and sinusitis so breathing is no problem for me. And yea the appointment is difficult to set but its worth it, because of their professionalism and ethics so its good for 5 stars out of 5.

I hadnt been to the dentist in nearly four years.After visiting Dr. Seigel and his staff its hard to tell why. Everyone was so polite and cheerful, and my cleaning with Sonia went extremely well. Appointment times were easy to schedule and I love the savers plan he offers. If youre looking for a great dentist in the area Dr. Seigel and Brookside Family is where you want to go.
