After moving around a lot and changing dentists each time I had to move I wound up in the Montville area. In need of a dentist All Smiles was recommended by several of my neighbors. I made an appointment with Bobbie at the front desk, I had a cleaning with Van one of the hygienists followed by an exam by Dr. Walter, It was the best dental experience Ive ever had. The office was clean and everybody there made the experience pleasant. About a year ago I moved an hour and a half away I went to a dentist in my area and had the worst exam and cleaning ever. Even though its a long drive I couldnt wait to get back to a real professional, so i got in my car and happily drove to his office for the best dentist Ive ever had. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist. Mike Peer

Very dishonest! I was sent to collections without ever receiving a bill. I have full dental insurance. It is illegal to send someone to collections without providing some kind of verification of debt. I have called several time to request a bill. They refuse to provide me with verification of this alleged debt. The women I spoke to so rude and nasty to me. I dont even know what Im being charged for! I have been fighting this for over a year! If you read other reviews online you will see I am not the only one this happened to! Do your research before going here! Unfortunately I found out to late!

After my dentist of many years retired I struggled to find another that I liked and trusted. Dr. Walter was the third I tried and I was very pleased. It was also nice to experience a competent, friendly and professional facility and staff as well. Dr. Walter does not look in your mouth to see how much profit potential is there, rather he looks for issues that may affect your health and well being. The office is also very senior sensitive which I appreciate. If you are looking for the right Dentist in a convenient location with a competent and friendly staff your search is over.

I have been coming here now for about a year and a half and I have to say that the people are absolutely wonderful. The office staff could not be more pleasant and accomodating. They allowed me to reschedule an appointment the day before I was supposed to have one without having to pay any sort of fee. Dr. Walter is professional yet personable and his dental assistants follow in suit. I would highly recommend Dr. Walter to anyone and everyone.

I have recently switched to Dr. Walter James and I am glad I made the switch. I I found him though demandforce where his reviews are nothing but 5 stars. I see why he has so many compliments. Unlike other doctors, he only performed what I needed without performing unnecessary treatments. Its hard to find an honest and friendly dentist these days. Office is nice and clean and thanks for friendly reminder for my appointment.

I had a regular exam done, everything went okay, but the thing that bothered me was that he did it WITHOUT the mask. I was holding my breath trying to avoid the droplets of spit flying out and GOING INSIDE MY MOUTH! Not sure if this is legal, but I dont want anyone breathing down my mouth again!

Dr. Walters is a great dentist. He never rushes you and answers all your questions. The dental hygienist, Van, is the best. Her technique is nice and gentle enough for a very through cleaning. The wait time is quick. Sue the receptionist is super friendly.
