We went last night. The place was very clean. They even took precautions on touching the light switch on the over head light...very sanitary. ☺ The receptionist / biller, dental assist and dentist were very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter had her tooth pulled last night because there was not enough tooth to repair. It was very quick and painless so says my daughter. She feels fine this morning, no pain. So far so good. ☺ She has to go back on Saturday for a quick, no fee, visit to check on her healing progress. With no dental insurance I thought the cost was reasonable for an extraction, $ 250 plus $25 for one x-ray and consultation. They even text you to remind you of the appointment. We did have to wait maybe 1/2 hour in the waiting room but once in the chair there was no more waiting. I was leery at first because I was never to this dentist office... but I would confidently recommend the practice. The have extensive hours also. The receptionist explained that there are two dentists, receptionist and assistants. One group works from 8am to 2pm then the other group works from 2 to 7:30 - 5 days a week and office hours on Saturday. My daughter saw a woman dentist, Dr Patel, very professional and knowledgeable with a gentle touch.

Worst dental experience of my life!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Cant even rate them because they did nothing! I get home from work at inconsistent times so instead of making an appointment (that might end up cancelled) the receptionist told me to call and come in one night when I can make it there for 6:20. So I did that. They said they had a patient so I might have to wait but they could take me as well. (During paperwork they expected me to sign off on reviewing papers they did not provide me so look out for that too!) Not only did they not take me, they made me wait for almost an HOUR without a word about when they would take me or that they stop working immediately at 7. Then they sent someone else out to tell me that they are "not allowed" to work on anymore patients for the night. They also had the audacity to tell me that they was no way to ascertain this half an hour ago..or at any point during the HOUR WAIT FOR NO REASON. The lack of communication and professionalism is truly astounding!

I`ve been to Dr Dental 3 times in the past year and have broken countless appointments because of my schedule. They NEVER got upset with me or charged me for being a pain in the butt either. This morning I had an appointment with the newest of the dentists, Dr Azar. SHE IS AWESOME!!! I have very, very bad teeth and needed 2 extracted because of infection. She was perfect! Nice, relaxing, professional and knew exactly how to take care of me. I have had many extractions and by far this was my best experience. I also had a so-so experience there before Dr Azar arrived, but I also understood that this office was new at the time and it takes a little time to get the right people in place a system in place as well. I gave them another chance and they rewarded me by bringing in a GREAT dentist in Dr Azar and as long as she`s there, I`ll be there too. When you go, make sure you ask for her. Thanks Dr. Dental!!

The staff at Dr. Dental embodies the essence of professionalism from the dentist to the dental assistants to the reception staff. Customer service and courtesy are as important as the actual medical procedure and the professionals and Para - professionals at the dental practice exceeded my expectations, treating me as a "family member" rather than a customer. The level of service is also excellent, as every step of the dental procedure as well as the out of pocket cost was explained in detail. I felt comfortable with the entire process and office visit. I highly recommend Dr. Dental to all seeking an safe, efficient oral practitioners. I would specifically cite Dr. Amibahen Patel and dental assistant Stephanie for the professionalism and execution of their medical expertise.

Dr. Patel was not able to diagnose the issue. She said its tooth infection and went on to extract my 2 wisdoms. My gums were soft and swollen and sensitive due to vitamin over dosage (I figured it out later) and that was not the right time for any kind of extraction or procedure. The follow up appointment, she was insisting on cleaning which again could have caused lot of trauma at that time. Also she was not consistent on her recommendation on antibiotics as well as another molar and changed her words completely in the follow up appointment. She was keen on selling her stuffs rather than addressing the issue. I wonder how this place has got so many positive reviews. Go there only if you are sure of what treatment you need and if it’s a routine procedure.

Facing My Fears: I have extreme anxiety when it comes to going to see any dentist. I shake, I panic, I act like a scared child.... but at some point you have to stand up and face your fears or they arent going anywhere. Dr. Patel and the staff at Dr. Dental have been a wonderful help on the road to good health. I had 2 broken veneers that they replaced with 2 crowns and despite my fears and anxieties, they helped me get through it. If youre nervous or afraid, take the time to speak with the staff and Dr. Patel, they are kind and helpful. I may never look forward to going to the dentist, but at Dr. Dental they make it a little bit easier to walk through the door and they helped me to smile again. Many thanks, along with my highest recommendation.

I came across Dr. Dental through a reference. This place was better than I expected. I am not a big fan when it comes seeing a dentist. However this place changed my view about visiting a dentist. Dr. Ami is a good dentist and will try and make your treatment as smooth as possible. She is very professional and knows what she is doing. She is also very friendly to talk to. She will guide you in right direction. Her assistant Stephine is an amazing person. When I walked in the office first day I was too scared but Stephine made me comfortable and before I knew it my treatment was done. I would say this is the place where people can get a good smile with a comfortable environment. Thank you Dr. Dental I am not scared to go see a dentist anymore.

I will not recommendation to any one to visit Dr Dental. Because of 2 reasons. 1. she does not know any thing 2. she makes fool to patients. when I went there for my father who needed to remove his last tooth. she said that it is surgical and charged to my father for surgical extraction. Although I was simple extraction. she didnt take any suture or cut bone or tooth. she gave him injection and pull it off. Thats it. who says that it is surgical extraction? she just cheats us. Secondly, he does not have any decay still she said that you need caries. I confirmed it with other dentist. She just wants to make money. No mater how? So please please please do not show your teeth to Dr. Amy Patel. She removed his tooth nicely so giving 1 star.

Went here for the first time a few weeks ago because I cracked a tooth.. let me tell you that I am very happy I chose Dr. Patel and her staff at Dr. Dental to help me through my root canal and crown. I was able to call and make a same day appointment... waiting room was clean and smelled wonderful.. staff were always smiling and pleasant to talk to.. Dr. Patel was also a pleasure to talk to and made me very comfortable while in the chair .. also her appoinment times are very accommodating for those who get out of work late or would like to see her on a Saturday! Would recommended her to anyone who needs to see a dentist for any reason whether it be a simple cleaning or something more like me. :)
