My dog had a surgery 12 days ago, and I was told to come back after 10 to 14 days of surgery to remove the staples; no appointment was needed Daniel said. I called yesterday to notify them anyways, once I got there I asked for the vet but I was told to sit down and wait. I saw 5 different dogs and owners came in AFTER me, but they called them first. After 1 HOUR waiting I asked how long more; so they said, I had to wait because those others dogs had an appointment and I didnt. Really? I was told not appointment was needed, if so, I could have made an appointment of course when I called earlier. Finally after 2 HOURS last night, the vet called my dog; and i heard my dog crying. she came out and said the staples are not ready to be removed!!!!!!!!!! after 2 hours she said he is not ready... BUT she did removed one, so that my dog was crying and bleeding. , although it wasnt ready she removed one because after 2 hrs she didnt want to tell me they didnt do anything on him. She made the poor dog cry and bleed and made me waste my time there waiting for no reason. So unhappy and upset.

This review is long over due. Ive been taking my dog and my cat to Juniper Valley Animal Hospital and Dr. Moyal for a few years now, and I can honestly say that there is no other vet practice I trust more than those of the staff at Juniper Valley. Ive had the pleasure of working with Dr. Moyal on several occasions due to my cats recurring UTIs after his PU surgery, and shes always been great when working with him and his anxiety of the vet office. Dr. Moyal is very knowledageble, has great bed side manner with my cat and my dog and has always been very helpful in answering any questions that we have. If youre looking for a new vet, I would strongly recommend giving them a call.

Excellent. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Dr. McCarthy and Dr. Casper take care of my Dino who is in heart failure. We started coming last November to Juniper Valley Animal Hospital best decision we made. Place is so clean. Never smells. I want to give a great big shout out to Alicia the receptionist who always seems to be there when i call, who is always so friendly and goes out her way for my Dino.

Our pup has been a patient of Junipers for a little over 6 months now. They have a great facility, staff and are very helpful and understanding. Weve had to rush in near closing time and they were very accommodating. Plus weve found good training classes and boarding from their recommendations.

Amazing and talented staff. Clean state of the art facilities. Doctors obviously care very much and are always on point. Front desk staff always very friendly. However my only gripe is trying to call them... constantly put on hold for 5-10 minutes at a time.

Doctors are good but they kept my diabetic dog all day with no food because the ultrasound person didnt get there till after 5pm. I dropped my dog off at 9.
