Dr. Yakov is a gem! He is a great therapist, very professional, attentive to detail, flexible, and knows how to help people. He has profound knowledge, experience, and is very dedicated to his profession. Dr. Yakov works very hard to satisfy/remedy his patient’s pain and makes them feel better. He diagnosed my problem well and was able to provide me with excellent treatment and eliminated my back and shoulder pain in just a few visits. The facility is clean; staff is kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend “Determination Physical Therapy” to anyone who is seeking such services.
