I became a patient after my wife completed the cataract surgery that you very successfully performed for her. So at Steves suggestion, I made an appointment with him to get checked out, since I hadnt seen an ophthamologist since I was about 12 yrs. old (Im 69). He discovered that I have glaucoma. Thankfully its treatable. All those years going annually to an optometrist and getting the "glaucoma test" gave a false sense of security. I am grateful to Steve for giving me the insight to get checked out. Everyone at your practice is so very professional, kind and friendly - from the front desk, your techs, Steve and you. I am glad that our friend recommended you and we found you guys. You guys operate a great eye care practice.

When you schedule an appointment with Zieker Eye, you will have a positive patient encounter. Dr. Christopher Ziekers staff exemplifies professionalism - from Reception with Emily to describing your symptoms to his well trained Ophthalmic Technicians. I recently visited Zieker Eye and Steve Clark, Dr. Ziekers Physician Assistant, PA, examined me. The reason for my visit was my new puppy scratched my left eye and my eyelid was purple from the swelling and very painful. Mr. Clarks course of treatment ensured I was seeing well again as soon as my prescribed antibiotics started healing my eye. I would recommend Zieker Eye to both my friends and family. Both Dr. Zieker and Steve Clark, PA, are outstanding eye care providers.

ok, No problem with the service. The operation went well; vision is great. Kudos! Billing issues persist. I am patient of Dr. Zieker, not Mr. Clark. When I see Clark, I am presuming that Zieker is in fact the attending physician and is assuming responsibility. The Empire Plan requires that bill be submitted under Zieker not Clark. The office when contacted dismissed my remarks with some evasive response. Fact is whoever is doing the billing needs to do it correctly. With the current state of medical insurance, I would think that procedures would be in place to insure that patients are not routinely billed for covered services.

What a great experience. I went in for an initial consultation for a cyst on my eyelid. Instead of making me come back for another appointment to remove it, the doctor just took care of it right then. After giving me some local anesthetic, he lanced it and then took his time to take care of it. It only took a couple of minutes. Another doctor who looked at it earlier was actually going to cut it off and make me wear an eye patch. Good thing I went to Dr. Zieker’s office.

Excellent experience. I normally have a fear of having my eyes examined, but the staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Very knowledgeable staff, from the reception to the exam. Also accepted my normal health insurance; separate vision coverage not necessary since Dr. Zieker is an MD. I will definitely go back for my next years check up.

Most complete eye exam Ive had. Dr. Zieker took the time to explain what he was checking for, and even reviewed a model of the eye to explain what he saw that needed a further exam. I felt very comfortable, the staff is friendly and professional, Steven Clark is wonderful as well. Will definitely be sticking with Zieker Eye Ophthalmology.
