THANK YOU DR. FRANCICA! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had to write this review after he did my root canal. HE IS THE BEST! Ive had some pretty bad experiences with other (so called specialists) before I went to DR. Francica. Ive always had a big fear of going to the dentist, but for the first time ever I didnt feel nervous at all with him. From the moment I met him to the end of the procedure Ive never felt so relaxed and in good hands. And trust me, for me to say that is a big deal! As soon as he walked in he was not only such a nice person, I noticed how meticulous he was and professional. He looked at my x-rays, made sure I was comfortable & double-checked everything. Very thorough! Then as hes getting ready to put that long scary novocaine needle in my gums I starting to brace myself getting ready to feel pain as that needle was going in. OK. NO PAIN? I DID NOT EVEN FEEL THE NEEDLE ONE BIT ! Thats a first. Right there I could tell this man knows what hes doing and has done it a million times over. He even put something to protect the outer side of my mouth. It made a big difference. NO ONE ELSE EVER DID THAT ! Usually youre sitting there as your lips are drying out like prunes and theyre pulling them out of their way. Ahh, very uncomfortable... Didnt happen with Dr. Fancica! lol. And the whole time he was doing the root canal I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep lol. Thats just crazy! Dr Francica is phenomenal! When he was finished I had to look at him and say, thats all? Thats it! Youre done??? Lol.. I dont know about you, but I have never had a root canal and ended up saying to myself WOW! That was great!!! Lol. After I left I was waiting for the novocaine to wear off before I took a pain pill. Well, it wore off and I had no pain at all. I cant thank Dr Francica enough. Hes better than good. My dentist is gold, but this guy is a diamond! I have no doubt he is one of the best Endodontic specialists out there. I more than highly recommend him. ************************************** 2ND PART... Yes, I did say part 2 lol. ( BUT these are some really important things to point out & also why I wrote this long review. ) Im far from being a kid & had enough dental work in my lifetime to notice all the different things with each Dr. And Ive met the Good, Bad, and the Ugly! And its not just about experience... Its also how does the Dr. explains things to you what needs to be done, how they set you up before starting the procedure & do they even protect the outside of your mouth? No. But Dr Francica did. And the tools at other places! One time this dentists tools were so old, I wouldnt be surprised if he bought them off of eBay or they rolled off the back of a truck!!! Hows the doctors bedside manner as they say. Because no one wants a cranky in a bad mood Dr. sticking sharp objects in your mouth while drilling away! lol. Dr. Francica is the only specialist in Endodontics I have ever went to that surpasses everything Ive said. Staff I great too!

I recently visited Sachem Dental Group of Holbrook (Patchogue-Holbrook Rd location) for some dental work, and was so pleased with the services I received from Dr. Mazzola, as well as the staff. I’ve been going to Dr. Mazzola for the past few years and highly recommend him as a dentist, as he is always extremely pleasant, on schedule and seems genuinely concerned about his patients. My recent visit, was the final visit in a series for a painful toothache that resulted in root canal (not fun!). The first appointment I had for this unfortunately coincided with hurricane Sandy, and needed to be rescheduled for a week later (by which time I was in significant pain). When I went to see Dr. Mazzola, he saw the degree of pain I was in. As a result, he decided to perform some work on my tooth that is typically done by the oral surgeon, in order to reduce the pain and make me comfortable until I could be seen by the oral surgeon a few days later. This is not something he had to do, and is also not typical from what I understand. This is just one example of the superior care he provides to his patients, I’m sure there are many more. I also enjoy going to this practice for the polite staff and receptionists there. They are always very kind and accommodating when making appointments, and are a pleasure to speak with. All in all, I would highly recommend the Sachem Dental Group of Holbrook for the wonderful service they provide on all levels.

The first thing i have to say is I loveeeeeeee this office!!!! Dr. Mazzola and his staff are amazing!! My family and I have been coming to this office for many years and every time i go back the experience is even better than the last time. Before going to Sachem Dental in holbrook, I have always felt so uncomfortable to smile because of the way my teeth looked but not anymore, Dr. Mazzola has done such beautiful work to my teeth that now i have many reasons to smile. Dr. Mazzola is without a doubt the best dentist on long island. It is so nice to finally go to a dentist who not only does the best dental work but has such a great personality and has great people working with him!! Especially Gina B, his assistant, is always so sweet and helpful, she is such a pleasure to talk to and know!! Dr. Mazzola, Gina and the staff always go out of their way to accommodate you. I recommend anyone who is looking to have the best experience at a dentist office to switch NOW to Dr. Mazzola!! I promise you, you will NOT regret it!! :)) Thank you for everything!!

Sachem Dental never lets me down with anything I have ever needed. Getting an appointment is super easy and they are much better than other dentists with keeping their scheduled times. Like all things, you may have to wait as not every patient holds their end of the bargain showing up on time and pushes everyone back. Its nice not having to go to another office or a separate doctor when you need specialty work and I never felt that I was offered procedures for no reason. Everyone in the office is extremely personable and feel very comfortable during every interaction Ive had. If youre looking for a top notch dentist that offers many other specialities then Sachem Dental is the group for you. With six offices there is always an opening to get what you need done. Highly recommended.
