When I deal with Dr Kellner it is very positive When I have to deal with his wife Dr Wheeler (sp?) I think its Wheelner anyway she is not compassionate at all I have taken several of my animals to this practice over the past few years for regular health issues to very major health issues.Cancer/chemo and beyond Dr Kellner was always a true professional and very caring his wife not so much In desperation I went back there recently because it is hard for me to drive the 2 hours to the vet that is back home where i used to live and she is always professional and compassionate .Her staff is outstanding from the front office to All the vet techs Dr Kellner was not available again which was not only very frustrating but my cat/ cats were treated like another number Next Next how are you paying The front office /receptionist was also very non caring Really?? I guess some people think this is great veterinary care. I needed an antibiotic for my cat who is old and not long for this world. Dr wheelner saw,him 2 weeks ago gave him an injection of antibiotic said lets see how it goes??? Call me update me....which I did she actually got on the phone and spoke with me...lets see how he does??? If he is still here in 2 weeks we will put him on an oral antibiotic we will talk about it.She specificed to call on April 22 2016 So my cat is still here thank God I tried calling 3 times today April 22 2016 to talk to Dr whatever her name is First she wasnt in the office yet then she and any vet tech were unavailable and I had to wait 2 hours to talk to them and come in for the oral antibiotics she discussed 2 weeks ago When I got there the medication was not ready the snippy receptionist went in the back came out with a medication I was NOT comfortable with Again there was no vet or vet tech to talk with But the receptionis said $58.00 Really???? So its 5:4pm on April 22 2016 and not one person has called me to see how my cat is or did I use a/the medication I am not comfortable using

Our pets are our babies and we are very protective of them! Not just any VET will do! After trying several vets, we stumbled upon A.C.E. Veterinary Hospital and we are so glad that we did! Every person that we have dealt with is wonderful to talk to and are more than happy to answer every single question that you have! With the Front Desk area being the first people that you are in contact with, it was a pleasure and relief to find them! The Facility itself is Immaculate! Very modern & extremely CLEAN, from the waiting room to each each examining room and even the back area where our lil ones are kept when having surgery or dental work done!!! When we got to meet Dr. Brooke Wehrlin, she sealed the deal! She is extremely patient, kind and caring both to us and our pets and she is always up to date on the latest medical information! She has a wonderful personality, and speaks so you can completely understand what she is talking about. She always wants what is best for not only our pets, but us as well! The word is that Dr. Preston Kellner has the same work ethic and is a fantastic Vet as well! All of the staff at A.C.E. are all WONDERFUL, we highly recommend you visit A.C.E. Veterinary Hospital and meet them for yourselves! You wont regret it! We sure dont and now we have a FUREVER VET!!!

I took my kitten to them to be spayed. The procedure was quick and easy and I could take her home the same day. They printed out loads of helpful instructions to explain the care I needed to give when we got home and the vet tech explained everything clearly to me. I also brought my other cat to them for an exam and vaccines, who is normally physco kitty at the vet. With Dr. Wehrlin she was so chill and relaxed. I was the only stressed one there. Also, Dr.Kellner was willing to answer my questions about my other pets not regularly seen at the vet office, my ball python snake. :) I love these doctors and their staff and with their amazing facility, Ill never go anywhere else.

Our experiences with both Dr. Wehrlin and Dr. Kellner have always been extremely positive. We trust no other veterinarians with the care of all of our pets. They have been our veterinarians for well over 10 years and have seen us through a multitude of pet illnesses. They have always been kind, compassionate, and honest with us. We have the utmost confidence and respect for both of them and know that our pets are in the best hands. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their hospital is amazing; state of the art, clean and decorated with such warmth. There is no one else we would entrust the care of our pets too. The entire A.C.E. family is a wonderful one!

My experience with this veterinary hospital was very, very good. I wont take my puppy anywhere else anymore. The doctor was very helpful and the prices were cheaper than I expected. Their service was much better than past veterinary hospitals that I had been to in the past. The people there are very kind and helpful and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone else who has a pet that needs assistance. I say the one bad review on here is some disgruntled person who was having a bad day. Trust me, this is the place to go if you live any where around here.

Granted, I was only here once before relocating, but my experience was very positive. Id just adopted a puppy and was taking her there for a wellness checkup. Dr. Kellner and the other staff were all very knowedgeable, thorough and friendly. My puppy was 5 months old at the time and although she is/was a bit skittish around strangers, she relaxed around them and I could tell she was in good hands during her physical. Their prices were very reasonable as well. If I was still in the area I would continue to use their services. I recommend them highly.

Poor Vet skills, they have to remove a kitten to a back room to check its eyes for diischarge, + draw blood? I find them to be all about the money. To the extreme where I purchased meds from them they later stole back one tube. They tried to say they gave it to my mother,they never did they lost it + now refuse to replace it even with a reciept. That is stealing from me. They already charge more for all the meds than ANY other vet in the 20 mile area. Beware of a country vet who parks his BMW outside his practice.

Ace goes above and beyond. The quality of the pet care is above excellent. However, what motivated me to write this review, is the compassion and support provided by the entire staff. When i was faced with difficult and at times overwhelming decisions about my dog. The staff responded with a genuine kindness and respect to both of us. This speaks volumes about the character of the entire staff, as well as integrity.

Right now, we have a cat and a dog, and I couldnt say anything better about the vets at A.C.E.: they are the most knowledgeable and caring vets I have ever known. And my animals feel so comfortable with them. They also have a Great staff, excellent equipment, and a Great Facility!
