I am a mom to three young children (5, 3 and 3). My diastasis recti from these pregnancies made my abdominal area a mess and lowered my self confidence. No matter how much weight I lost or how much I worked out by the afternoon my tummy area still bulged like I was several months pregnant. Since working with Rachelle my diastasis has been healing and I no longer look pregnant :)! The improvements have renewed my hope that I will once again feel good about my body! Rachelle is kind, caring and knowledgeable. She was flexible with her scheduling in order to accommodate my crazy working mother schedule. She was understanding when I hadnt done my exercises and would gently gently put me back on track with her motivating words. Whenever I have questions she is always quick to reply with a helpful answer. I am forever grateful for her help in repairing my abdominal area and highly recommend Rachelle for diastasis repair!

Rachelle is by far the best medical professional I have ever met. I have never written a review on anyone before because I simply never had a good experience with any drs or professionals before Rachelle. I was at the end of my rope in chronic pain when I met her. I had gone to dr after dr and no one was able to help me. My diagnosis is Pelvic Floor Dysfunction & Interstitial Cystitis. After my first session with her, I immediately felt pain relief. And it continued to get better. She was also the kindest, warmest, funniest person to be around which made me a lot more comfortable being that she was working on such a personal private part of me. Lotus Physical Therapy has something that most physical therapy facilities do not have. Its the one on one service. I went to Rachelle pre and post hip surgery and found her knowledge and overall manner really helped my recovery. Ive been to other PT facilities and they show you an exercise and leave you on your own to do it. When your looking for one on one service with a helpful touch Lotus is the place to go.
