This was the best dental experience of my life! I had an appointment several months ago and Court Square Dentistry and Dr. Mapes totally changed my attitude towards going to the dentist. The entire experience was seamless, compassionate and kind of ...relaxing. Which is a word I have never used to describe going to the dentist. They are professional, efficient and their office kind of makes you feel like you are in a zen wellness center. Im beyond pleased and have already recommended Court Square Dentistry to everyone who I care about in my life, because they deserve as good of a dental experience as I had. Lastly, I feel it is important to note that I never write reviews online but I enjoyed my experience here so much that I felt that a review was entirely necessary. Have fun!

I found Court Square Dentistry through Google & Groupon. Dr. Mapes and his team are definitively outstanding. Dental treatment was painless and extremely professional. Dr. Mapes is extremly well trained, skillful, and has pristine bedside manners. Dr. Mapes explained his plan in a most comprehensive way. Communication during the procedure could not have been any better. The office is brand new, very conveniently located, and just gorgeous. In conclusion: Very professional, skillful, and well-mannered dentist surrounded by a great, young, and dynamic team. Great service in every regard. I highly recommend!

My experience at Courtsquare dentistry has always been positive. I have been coming here for the past 2 years and I havevnt had any issue. Dr. Cross has been my primary dentist and has handled every from a cavity to a tooth implant for me always in a nice professional manner. The office is always clean and the music relaxing. You have the option to watch Netflix as you wait for your appointment to be done. The people that work in the office are very respectful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a dentist.

Have been very happy with Dr. Mapes and his whole team. Dr. Mapes is friendly, down-to-earth and listens well. He doesnt oversell things that are not necessary and lets you know when it is okay to wait on something. His office is clean, inviting and has all the latest gadgets, which are really helpful in seeing what he is seeing when you have a problem tooth. Finally, his staff is always sociable, patient and gentle with all their clients. I would highly recommend this practice!

This office is incredible. If you like to be entertained while they work on your teeth, you will have no shortage of options. They even offer sunglasses so youre not blinded by the ceiling/surgical lights. Everyone Ive interacted with is friendly, professional and detail oriented. I have traditional orthodontics (braces) and when I went in for a cleaning, the hygienist actually said she loves working on braces. My teeth have never been so clean.

Have been going to Dr. Mapes for a of couple years now since the LIC office opened and have been very happy with my experiences with him and his whole staff. Nice, new clean office and I am often in and out in a very reasonable amount of time, without ever feeling like sufficient dental work hasnt been completed. Highly recommend if youre looking for a Dentist in LIC!

Ive been going here for over a year and I absolutely love it. Dr. Mapes is a great dentist and I am always happy with my services. The office is clean, newly renovated and comfortable. They have tea, coffee and hot cocoa available for you while you wait and Netflix while you are in the chair. Its a great place. I love it!

Terrible customer service. Receptionist was very rude. you have to sign a paper stating that you will be charged $100 if you cancel or reschedule any appointments in the future before you see the dentist.
