Worst place Ive ever been. Was told on the phone that they would be able to remove all of my wisdom teeth at that office and when I got there they said that it may not be a possibility, that it would depend on if they were still impacted or not. I arrived early to the office because I knew I would need to fill out paperwork as a new patient. I knocked and rang the bell and nobody opened the door. So I sat in my car with the AC on because it was so hot out. After 10 minutes I went back and tried again. This happened 3 times. 30 minutes of banging on the door before I was finally let in and told that my wisdom teeth being pulled may not be possible. The woman was rude and acted as if I was the problem. I told her I was angry because I am in pain because of my teeth AND THAT ITS 85 DEGREES OUTSIDE and I was hot as well. She didnt seem to care at all or even apologize for me waiting over 30 minutes to be let in. I left without filling out a single paper and have made an appointment with an oral surgeon.

This place is sort of hidden in an apartment building so I had trouble finding it. Called the number I used to make the appointment and they couldnt help me to locate the office. I asked for a direct number to the office so they could assist me and the numbskull on the phone gave me the very number I dialed to speak to him. Finally found it on my own and found parking. The door was locked with a sign that read "ring bell". I literally rang the doorbell and knocked for 10 minutes. I could hear the tv on inside very loud. I banged on the door as hard as I could but finally gave up. I was right on time for my appointment despite the time it took to locate the place. Very unprofessional and the neighborhood looks sketchy. Lost an hour of my day commuting but kind of glad I didnt get seen in the end.

Very professional. You will be 110% satisfied. I took my son to that clinic, oh my god more than what I was excepting. They took care of my son , the whole team from the front dest to the doctor. I went out very satisfied. I myself, switched my provider to that clinic.
