Dr. Lichy is seriously the BEST chiropractor I have ever had. I came in with extreme chronic neck pain that did not seem to have any cure. Dr. Lichy found a way to both fix my immediate pain and to get me to develop good long term habits to prevent it from coming back. He offers the most up to date training equipment which focus on posture and circulation. Dr. Lichy will take his time to understand the nature of your visit and customize the treatment depending on your needs. He will be flexible when scheduling appointments which is a rare find for a busy career person like myself. The best part about going to visit NYC Back Chiropractic is that you will be working with a chiropractor who clearly enjoys what he does and produces results that last!!

Cant say enough good things about Dr. Lichy. Always incredibly accommodating, always friendly, kind, and just an all around nice guy. I have 3 bulging discs, some other neck issues, and a shoulder issue that have been plaguing me for years. I was seeing another Doctor upstate and was very nervous about going to someone completely different. After ONE adjustment with Dr. Lichy I knew he was the guy to go to, and I would (and do!) recommend him to friends/family, and my girlfriend. I usually walk in feeling awful, twisted, and stiff. Without fail every time I leave I feel I walk and stand straighter, and sometimes can breathe better.

Dr. Lichy is professional and effective. After he assessed and treated my non-specific lower back pain, I experienced immediate improvement with reduced pain while sitting and improved athletic performance. I continue to see Dr. Lichy to keep my back aligned. After my adjustment, I feel more balanced when I walk out. I know my body is aligned because my muscle strength is symmetrical and I dont have hip and leg pain after riding my bike. His regular adjustments has allowed me to return to bike racing and training. It is easy to communicate my leg and back pain symptoms to Dr. Lichy, and he effectively reduces my pain burden.

Ive been seeing Dr. Lichy for a few years now since when I lived in the Upper East Side. I live in Brooklyn now, but I still commute over to his place when I can make it there. Dr. Lichy is super-friendly and down-to-earth, personality-wise. As for service-wise, hes thorough, knowledgeable, and gives the best adjustments Ive ever had. (Id been to a couple other chiropractors in the past.) Theres nothing more I can ask for; I strongly recommend! :)
