The people at this optical really believe the customer is a fool. The lady insisted on having me apply for a credit card to purchase Acuvue Oasis lenses that were going to cost me over $400 for a year. Yea right! I had to tell her about 3 times I was not interested in applying for a credit card. There’s another optical on the same block so I crossed the street where you can get a year supply of the same lenses for $240.

The service was unorganized and very poor waiting to see the doctor. Also this doctor works in two place right next to each other and she was running out to the other place. I did not get to see the doctor until the place was closing. I also had to go home and come back with my eye glasses. My opinion is they need a number system service for their customers. I think It would make the service more organized.

I wish I could give them less than one star!!Overpriced! And the product is not even new. I went back to tell them about my coach glasses not being new and the lady lied and said they were. When clearly my glasses were already used! Yes the people are somewhat nice but I wish I had read the reviews before going in there. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU! Go somewhere else.

The ladies are nice, but this place is a rip off. A bit too pushy for my taste on the sales side, and a little too eager to promote charging on credit card. Dont think Ill be coming here again, laser surgery would be cheaper in the long run.

My experience was pretty poor. The ODs examination was cursory. The sales people were pushy and grossly overcharged (by about 80% above regular price!) for my contact lenses. Will not go back.
