Sutton Place Physical Therapy stands out as an excellent PT operation. The staff is attentive, personable and supportive. Each therapist is easy to talk to and work with by staying in close communication with a patient to make sure each modality is effective and comfortable. I was impressed with the initial evaluation--performed in a scientific way with careful measurements for movement and strength. At the end of treatment, one is measured again to see progress. When a patient arrives for a session, it is a one-on-one experience for the entire visit. The therapists are not attending to other patients which is common in other NYC PT offices and the therapists are hands-on. Each patient is constantly monitored while performing exercises. This is a good place to get better.

I have used Sutton Place Physical Therapy on three separate occasions following knee surgery and a serious illness. Each time the therapy has greatly improved my condition. The therapists are friendly, very professional and the individual therapy visits have been effective. In my case, my doctors have been surprised at the speed and completeness of my recovery. For that I have to thank my therapist, Crystal Ewbanks, who has done an extraordinary job in aiding in my recovery. I would highly recommend Sutton Place PT to anyone looking for the best physical therapy available.

Outstanding physical therapy is offered at Sutton Place. Flexible appointments six days a week from Monday through Saturday. Most important is the fact that the physical therapy that is offered here is high quality and tailored to your personal needs depending on your injury. Dr. Erin Ingram is an awesome physical therapist and is highly recommended.

SPPT has a habit of trying to deny waived deductibles. The management at this place, while pleasant to customers (for the most part) is abusive to its own employees emotionally, and does the bare minimum required by law in order to avoid a lawsuit. I am submitting a BBB complaint, but please avoid this location for their employee treatment.

The people who greet you seemed inherently nice. The owner is of this personality. The quality of PT offered is as good as anywhere. I have a neurological problems.and there is a specialist who has a real feel for it. It is a small intimate place as contrasted to one with TV screens with the therapist looking up aimlessly as he works on you.

I had fracture on my metatarsal on the outside of my foot after rolling my ankle at work. They accept workers comp, and their schedule is very flexible. I was back at work in a month. Kat was my PT. Shes very competent and friendly, as is most every employee.
