Ive been taking my 7 year old dog here since he was a pup. We moved a lot so it was great being able to go to any hospital. We have been going to Newburgh for 5 years now. Started bringing my new puppy here as well. Besides the wait being a bit long some visits this staff is great. They remember my dogs and love on them. Yeah they try and sell me a nail clipping or extra flea meds but that is part of their job. Ive never had a problem with them forgetting what vaccines the dogs needed. There is a great online portal so I can keep track and see past visits. The wellness plan saves me a couple of hundred bucks per dog a year.

So after doing some research, I made an appointment online to bring my cat in. Upon arrival we were told that there was no record, EVEN THOUGH we received a confirmation email AND phone call and that they do not take 12pm appointments. WHICH IS WHAT WAS CONFIRMED! This place is a COMPLETE and UTTER joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I would not enroll in their plan. They claim to give you a discount, but each time you come in for a regular appointment such as a routine vaccination, they will look for ways to sell you products, medications, anything. Their pricing is inflated, the service is similar to an assembly line. Go somewhere else.

The staff in Middletown NY is nice and professional but when you return an animal in under 24 for safety reasons their corporate office make you pay the full year which is a joke.Why pay for an animal you dont even have anymore, read the fine print before you enroll.

They were awful! We called and the lady was nasty to us. When we asked if they had specific records of stuff they had saved on our cat, they werent aware and said they never had them saved. Youre better off somewhere else, dont go here.

I wish I could give it no stars! They seem to have no passion and need to be reminded the timeline of shots given. Do not go there, its not worth the few bucks you might save
