Worst experience of my life! My pug fell ill out of no where at home. He couldnt walk, eat or drink. I arrived at the vet and they took my dog in without me for a half an hour. The doctor came out and said the dog needs to stay over night. I asked whats wrong with him and he said they dont know and need to run tests. They gave me the bill for $1,300. I was shocked at the sum, but was willing to pay to save his life. I asked for a payment plan and they told me absolutely not, it has to be paid in full right now. I said give me my dog I will go somewhere else because I dont have that kind of money on me especially in an emergency situation. They said I have to pay $90 for the visit when they did nothing and didnt even give a diagnosis. I refused to pay and they called the police on me. The police insisted I pay which I did, but agreed their bill total was outrageous. They gave me back my sick dog. The police drove me to another hospital on Union Hill Rd & Rt. 9 Animal Healthcare of Marlboro. I paid $120 for the entire check up, gave a diagnosis, and we brought him home and he was better. The service was impeccable and it was so clean and such a friendly atmosphere. I would NEVER recommend Marlboro Village Vet. I dont know how theyre even in business!

I took my cat for simple allergy and ended with more than 300 dollars bill. Please be very careful. The staff is nice but the doctor will conjure up some tests, bacterial infection and gives over priced medicines at a cost 2 to 3 times the price you can get outside. After giving 2 days medicines, my cats (the second one started taking that too when I put in food) they both got very sick and stopped them. My cat allergy is better but a children benadryl would probably be much cheaper option! Also, the cleanliness seems to be an issue. Doctor dropped the specimen collectrr for (supposedly) bacterial infection on the floor and he coolly picked it up and put his sample and did some test!!. Some other sites reported same thing about this doctor, so that is a serious issue as well. It is a tragedy that Vets engaging in fraudulent practices will discourage people to adopt pets, because they have to chose between taking care of their children or pets. Even if insurance is charged now, these practices will increase the insurance cost so much that will still lead to same problem.

Disheartening, terrible experience at this sketchy veterinary practice. The girls up front are incredibly clueless and rude, I would never get a phone call back whenever I was told so. I came in for a checkup for my rabbit, the price jumped from $60 to a $200 checkup bill, I paid the bill and kept my mouth shut. I needed a spay and was told a "special doctor" comes in for that.. They cancelled my first initial appointment due to "avaliability with the special doctor" 4 months went by the numbers for the operation suddenly astronomically changed. This place wasted my time and were clearly not expierenced enough to handle a rabbit spay. Another thing that bothered me was how rough the vet technician was with my rabbit during the checkup. Long story short do not waste your time here, I sensed something outright sketchy from the start. I am glad my pet did not go under the knife with these unexpierenced money hungry "doctors." Stay away.

Very wonderful hospital. They have 2 locations, 1 is the Marlboro and the other one is in Aberdeen. Both locarions are very nice and kind friendly inside. The receptionist in both locations are as friendly as they can get, and the vet techs and the Dr himself are very skilled in what they do. They do boarding, check-ups, anything you name it, and for a fair price i might add. No doubt in my mind im going back there.

Marlboro village is a wonderful hospital the staff really treats every pet like their own. I been seeing both Dr. Bach and Dr. Kopilak for over a year now. I started with puppy visits and Marlboro village offers a great wellness plan that really made every visit up until my puppys spay really affordable for me. And Dr. Kopilak did a awesome job on the spay. MVVH is the place to go!!!!!
