I ask anyone who has a pet and takes them to Banfield in Pelham to not take them there anymore for the safety and good of there own pet. I took my dog there a few days ago. I did a drop off appointment. I later on received 3 different phone calls from Banfield asking me about a dog that wasnt mine. 3 different calls, one of them even being a voicemail from the Doctor from the Vet herself referring to another dog. That is very scary it questions the competence of the people who are working there. To me thats the equivalnt of going in for surgery and having the wrong proecedure done. You give me 3 different calls asking about a pet that isnt mine make a me feel that you dont even know what pet you are working on. Then after finally clarifying that this wasnt my dog and finding out about my dog they told me he was fine and would be ready to pick up in an hour but i would get a call when he was ready. 3 hours later I had not received a call. For over an hour I called and had the phone hung up on me at least 5 times and continued to get put on an infite hold. When finally getting thru they were not sure of who I was talking about when asking about my dog. When they finally figured it out they said he was ready. When going in to get him I asked to speak to a manager , the rude answer I got was "we dont have one." I asked who I could speak 2 and got an IDK you can look it up online. This place was rude and more than likely incapable of taking good care of your pet.

I had a scheduled appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. An emergency came in and had to wait 20 minutes which was fine. I asked at 1pm if Im next they proceeded to tell me that I was not checked in and couldnt find me in the system. I found the person that checked me in and asked her wel.... been waiting here since 11:20am. Oh they didnt tell you I cant see you today and needs to be rescheduled? 3 hrs later you tell me Im not going to be seen when I been sitting here and you see me! The receptionist was was rude, slow and didnt care, acted like she didnt see me sitting next to her! I demanded my paperwork back and has the never to ask me if I want to reschedule! I would never step foot in that place ever again. I was not the only problem two other customers were complaining while I was there. Wasted my only day off in that place. Should be shut down with all the bad reviews they have

I have been taking my 2 dogs here for the past 7 years or more and it has gotten worse.especially when you pay for a plan that includes teeth cleaning,and they still havent done the teeth cleaning for the 2nd time at all they told me is that they didnt have enough anastisia and the other one was that They dont have the person to do the teeth cleaning, so what is it. Its also slow u wait to long in there too! Like I told them well I guess u need my money instead of you guys doing your job for that I prefer to go to Human society they do a BETTER JOB !! So who ever decide to go here THINK TWICE !!

Although i love this place and i love the wellness plan i have enrolled my dog in, the front desk service is extremely slow. Everyone had a great attitude and really love Romeo but they do not have any sense or urgency. When i went for Romeos appointment i was literally in there for over 2 hours and there was only 1 other dog before me... I do want recognize Dr. Emily Collins, she is kind patient and honest- she makes this rather extensive trip all worth it. But seriously could be a better experience for me and my puppy.

This is the closest banfield to me and I have no choice but to go here. They are so slow, its like they can care less people are waiting. Even just to check in at the front they will keep you standing waiting for over 20mins if they are on the phone instead of helping you and take two mins to check you in. Horrible

They give you these free coupons for a free check up But that is with a purchase of up to date shots Which is not stated on the coupon And even if your pet is up to date with the shots They recommend you to still pay for more shots just to see the doctor. Great customer service False advertising

I thought their service for ordering food etc on line was bad but I thought i had an appointment for my 2 dogs to have a check up and then when I called to confirm the appointment I was told they didnt have any appointments available for 3 months. One star was a gift if you want to know the truth.

The vet was amazing but the customer service in front terrible. Cold unhappy persons in front who did not give me correct information so I had to end up paying more money than was necessary. Do not sign up with them. Go somewhere cheaper.

Told that prescriptions to be filled would take a few minutes.....however, it was over 45 minutes. This place is tooooooo slow.
