Worst dentist experience ever! The woman who took the x-rays was incompetent and hurt my mouth/caused discomfort throughout the whole procedure...at one point I couldnt breathe. She was also very rude to my young niece who had come with me to the appointment. I will say the dental hygienist was very nice. Then I had to wait for Dr. Kim who I could hear taking significant time in other offices. At one point I asked the hygienist if he had forgotten about me. Finally, after 35 minutes, he came in to my room. He was very short and rude and did not apologize for the wait. Then, only after I told him that I hadnt been to the dentist in awhile, did he say all of my back teeth had cavities. This is suspicious since the hygienist said she didnt see anything on my x-rays that was too concerning. Can we say scam? Then his assistant shoved a paper in my face with the name of a dental surgeon I could go to to have my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Kim told me to hurry back to have all of my cavities filled....rude staff, long wait, short exam with inflated diagnosis, dentist with no bedside manner...no, I will never return to this dental office. This is what I say to you, dont bother!

This office is extremely unprofessional, the hygienist was rude and uneducated. Once she was proven that a medical release was not needed to clean my teeth she kept debating the fact on why she thought she was right. Sorry but how and why would I allow someone who just threw a hissy fit and was just extremely rude clean my teeth. Best part is the office manager called to try to convince me to come back in. Not only did I sit in a chair for over an hr. , I had the hygienist try and pull her ignorance on me. Not for me and I truly hope no one ever has to experience anything like that. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

This is the worse place ever. The receptionist is very rude. They are not profesional at all and they dont care about patients (including the "manager") They deserve 0 stars. Do not waste your time coming here.
