I have a beautiful miniature poodle which I love with all my heart . To think that I almost let some incompetent, uneducated extremely unprofessional "vet" spay my dog . Thank god I didnt . This staff is completely and utterly unprofessional to the fullest extent and they are Liars. I got a price quote from a woman who has a very heavy Russian accent for 150 to spay my little baby abby. When I came for the scheduled appointment they told me a price that was double what was initially stated . I was extremely upset at this bait and switch practice. Furthermore I have a one month old at home so it took much planning for me to take the time to bring my dog in the cold and in the rain. The woman who quoted me the price Oksana was not there . I was told she would be in at 10 am and call me . She never did. later that evening around 5 pm I went by the office simply to speak with her and discuss the misunderstanding and she wouldnt even open the door or speak to me and told me to go away and she was calling the police . I was extremely shocked and could not comprehend the actions of these individuals. If you did not want to deal with me all you had to do was say so, not act in a vulgar and disrespectful manner by not even opening the door to speak to me . Furthermore they told me that Im an unfit mother and she would report me to child services and the aspca and call the police - simply because I wanted to speak to her like a Normal human being. Lastly , her unprofessional and appalling behavior went so far as to yelling and threatening me .She was also talking down to me as if I was below her level . (I myself hold a doctorate degree fyi!) This vet in my opinion suffers from a mental disorder and should not be allowed anywhere near animals .. Thank god my baby abby went nowhere near her ! To the vet : You will be notified by the aspca and an investigation will be led into your practice. You should not be allowed anywhere near animals . I have recorded the entire encounter on my phone from when I came to the office so I will have no problem showing it PS : ALL OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY THIS DOCTOR! SHE CREATES FAKE EMAIL ADRESSES AND THEN LEAVES 5 STAR REVIEWS FOR HERSELF ! THE PROOF IS IN THE CONTENT! SHE IS RUSSIAN AND SPEAKS AND WRITES IN BROKEN ENGLISH ! THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN ALL IN THE SAME MANNER AS THE RESPONSES BY OWNER FOR ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! DECEIVING BUSINESS PRACTICES! Since I cant respond to your comment below, here it is: You are obviously extremely mentally unstable if you think that I would actually leave my baby home alone. Secondly, I did not leave my dog overnight since I did not want her to be suffering in a cage all night. I would rather her be at home with her loving family. Thats why I brought her Saturday morning as discussed on Friday night. How did you even get your degree? I will surely be looking into it.

The most unprofessional staff work here. I called on Tuesday to make an appointment for Saturday at 9am to bring my miniature poodle here to get spayed. I was very thorough when I told them that she was under 20 pounds and that she was a miniature poodle. I was quoted $150 for the surgery and on Saturday when my wife brings the dog in there and drops her off, they quote her $310 for the surgery and told her that they quoted me a price for spaying a cat. Bait and switch tactics are practiced here and they dont know how to talk to people. Since It does not let me respond to your comment, here is my response: What does my dog being 18 months old have to do with being spayed? We called your office once to get a price, we called to then make an appointment for Saturday, your office called me the next day to bring the dog on friday night to leave in the clinic overnight which we did not want to do, called friday to confirm that we are coming on saturday, came on saturday only to find out that the price that we were quoted a few days before went up to more than double the price. Apparently you do not know how to run a business and how to talk to clients. All I was looking for was a simple apology but all I got were threats from a woman with a very thin russian accent. Also we never discussed anything about pain medication and e-collar. Poor dog? She gets treated really well so for you to threaten to call the police and aspca is very unprofessional. By saying that I cannot afford to pay for my dog and that I should not have a dog is also very unprofessional. I dont like to get quoted one thing and then get swindled so thats why I didnt leave the dog at your office to do the surgery. Not once was the surgery rescheduled. We kept our end of the deal but you could not keep your end of the deal. I hope one day you get shut down or simply go out of business.

I moved to Queens a couple of months ago, so when my cat Boose suddenly started crying and moaning on a Sunday night at 6 pm, trying unsuccessfully to pee wherever he could, I freaked out. I didnt know where to take him. I called every vet in the area and was about to take him to an emergency vet, when Dr. Resunova called and told me to come right over. She had already been closed for over an hour, was in the office completely alone, but yet made sure to return my call and get us in asap. She was amazing, sweet and warm, extremely intelligent with lots of advice and calming words. She gave Boose a thorough assessment, a steroid injection to stop the pain and inflammation, drew blood. She prepared antibiotics and even did all the paperwork herself! And she never seemed put out with us being there almost 2 hours after closing time, when she should have been on her way home to her own furry family. Dr. Resunova called Tuesday to give me the blood test results and to discuss Boose and follow up on how he was feeling. Prior to moving to Rego Park, in the 15+ years I lived in Manhattan, I never found a veterinarian like Dr.Resunova. Her rates are across the board the same, or lower than, other vets, much lower than in Manhattan, and well worth their cost for the most loved members of my family. Emergencies are scary but luckily this one led me to our new vet!!

Wow. Avoid this doctor! IS SHE EVEN A ANIMAL DOCTOR ? I BOUGHT A NEW PUPPY YORKIE 3 MONTHS. HE STARTED TO FEEL SICK. I DECIDE TO TAKE HER HERE. SO SHE CHECKS ON HIM ... AND HAS THE NERVE TO SAY THIS PUPPY IS SICK IS BEST TO RETURN HIM BACK AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND SHE EVEN TOLD ME OR WE CAN JUST PUT HIM TO SLEEP! I WAS LIKE WHAT! HOW CAN SHE SAY THAT .... SHE JUST SAID HES TO SICK IS GOING TO COST LOTS OF MONEY FOR MEDICATION I BEST SAY TO PUT HIM TO SLEEP OR RETURN HIM BACK. I WAS LIKE WOW. SHE HAS A ATTUIDE TOO AND HER OTHER CO WORKER TOO. SO INSTEAD I GO TO THE STORE WHERE I BOUGHT HIM AND OWNER SAYS WHO IS SHE ... SHE IS CRAZY YOUR PUPPY IS FINE AND HE RECOMMENDS ME A BETTER VET. I TAKE HIM THERE ... GIVES ME A MEDICINE FOR HIM .. 1 WEEK LATER .. HE IS ALL BETTER AND IS RUNNING AND ACTIVE. AND TO THINK THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR SAID TO PUT HIM TO SLEEP. NEVER AGAIN! AVOID HER.
