Copeland, Fertig & Kramer Eye Associates are the WHOLE package! Dr. Fertig is kind, professional and a world-class doctor! Our family of 5 has been going to CFK for years, and we feel very fortunate to have such wonderful eyecare! From eye exams, contact fittings & training, choosing frames to those emergency "opps, they poked their eye with a stick!" incidents, we know we can always count on them. Dr. Fertig always takes his time to make sure you get the most from your exam. He is great with the kids too! Ron, one of their amazing Opticians, is extremely detail oriented and you can be assured, nothing will be overlooked and their office staff are FRIENDLY, Personable and so warm! They have a wonderfully large selection of glasses and sunglasses and cater to every age! It is a pleasure to go to CFK and our family high recommends them!

My experience with this practice has been excellent. All the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help me. The glasses/fitting staff were very professional and took their time with me. Dr. Fertig was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He ensured that my needs were met even though that meant coming back a few times to get the right prescription. He along with Dr. Kramer helped solve a problem I have been having for some time. Dr. Fertig is our newest Westchester gem! He was very thorough during my eye exam. He prescribed my first pair of glasses and during the exams he was very patient and a great listener. It’s not always easy to find the perfect prescription but he took his time and we did! The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. His office location is very convenient with plenty of parking. I highly recommend him for adults and children.

Excellent selection of frames - its as wide a selection as any lenscrafters or costco. I was concerned that they would be too expensive, but they are very competitive in pricing. Dr. Fertig is great, too. He pays great attention to detail and is very very patient - exactly the kind of eye doctor I want since I can never make up my mind when getting my eyes checked for glasses. Highly recommended!
