I have been a patient at Park Professional for the last 10 years. The staff is very accommodating and understanding of the needs of the patients. They are courteous and patient which is necessary when purchasing glasses. I really appreciate Mike the most, my family & I go especially just when he is there as there is a comfort level and rapport that has been built. He is always very understanding & adjusting to help all of us. I currently live in South NJ but I drive to the Bronx, 1hr 45mins, to go for customer service and loyalty they show towards the patients. Mike always finds the best solutions to fit your needs. I recommend, if you are looking for A grade customer service & care when deciding about your sight, then Park Professional is for you. Good luck!!

From the moment you walk into the office, you feel welcome by the professionalism of the staff. They all take the time to discuss each step of your visit of whats going to happen and explain it in lamen terms so that you understand. Dr. Paternoster takes the time to explain your condition and reviews your options with you. It doesnt feel like you are being rushed in and out of his office. This is a very friendly all in one stop for your eye needs. The ancillary stuff is very helpful and they will really try to accommodate you. The practice is very well organized and all aspects are in truly high standards. Dr. Paternoster is very calm, professional and caring. You will not get the feeling that you are rushed and your questions will definitely be answered. Please have in mind that this is a popular practice so do not make tight time plans
