Terrible service. Made an appt. Said I couldnt see optometrist for 30 mins because theyre running behind schedule. And this isnt the 1st time this happened to me or my wife. Why take an appt that you cant honor?! Id understand if an emergency came up, but this is an optometrist! Theres no emergency to get a prescription for contacts/ glasses. The real reason they cant honor appts is because they make appts in 15 min increments! The exam alone takes 15 mins if they go smoothly. So, why wouldnt you build in some cushion?! Stop trying to maximize sales by squeezing ppl in and expecting us to take it. Tired of service providers who cant honor appts. Id get fired from my job if I was late to every meeting. The best part is that the counter lady had the nerve to justify the delay by saying that this is typical of healthcare providers... really?! So you suck because everyone else sucks too. Great response! Go elsewhere. I didnt wait for optometrists when I lived in Irvington and White Plains. Im sure theres gotta be an optometrist/eyewear store that honors appts in Scarsdale area.

I quoted 3 pairs of glasses frames (one Nike, one Ralph Lauren and one Gucci) on Dec 29, 2016 and bought the Ralph Lauren. Then came back on Dec 31 to buy the Nike. They jacked the price for it and claiming the price was a mistake. I then asked price for the Gucci, got a different price with no surprise. Can you believe it? If you get wrong price for one pair, I can understand, but how could you quote wrong prices for two pairs? You are being warned.

The heavy Spanish lady who works there always tries to increase the prices on you so she can pocket the difference. Last time I ordered a pair of glasses,she told me it was $60 out of pocket, I refused. Then I went back and saw a different lady and bought the same exact glasses and was told the insurance covered the whole cost. Incredible

I spontaneously broke my glasses one afternoon after school and ended up scrambling around for a place to get a new set of frames for the lenses in the same day. Luckily, I tried this place. They stocked the same brand and were able to put my lenses in quickly and efficiently. The staff were all extremely helpful and kind.

My go-to eye care place. Service is prompt, friendly, and conscientious. Optometrists/ opticians are skilled and attentive. This place is excellent and deserves far higher than a three star review.
