I visited this doctor on 2 separate occasions and was misdiagnosed twice!!! The first time I was feeling sleepy, tired, had terrible headaches, kept getting a pain on my left side, was always wanting to trow up and had to leave my job because I was 2 sick 2 work. This doctor ran ultrasounds and stress test and a few other expensive tests that took a few days but yield no results. I left there with him telling me take pills 4 my headache & 2 take antacids. After a few days I was flat on bed and could not get off. Thank goddness my sister called me and said take a cab and get 2 this other doctors office immediately.I did and its the best desicision I ever had made cause it saved my life. The doctor immediately drew my blood and said he thinks he knows whats wrong but he put a stat on my blood results. When his medical assisant spun my blood it looked almost white. The doctor put my test top priority and the next morning he called me.My cholesterol was so high I had 2 b hospitalized immediately THANK GOD 2 THIS DOCTOR. The one test that Dr. baldeo never took from me was a simple blood test CAN U BELIEVE THAT? The second time I went there he misdiagnosed my phemonia and said I had a common cold and gave me a prescription 4 cough syrup. This time I went 2 the emergency room where they took a chest xtray!! THANK GOD FOR THEM. I CANT STAND THIS BALDEO AND HIS PERSONALITY IS ONE OF A BEAST. I THINK HE IS IN THE WRONG LINE OF WORK.....HE SHOULD B FLIPPING BURGERS !!!!!!!

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I visited this office yesterday, upon my arrival I was taken to one of the back room by the assistant at the from desk.. she was very friendly and I could tell very, very good at her job. She asked me what my symptoms (which by the way, I went in for a flu), she then told me she needed to do an EKG on me... I said absolutely not, nothing is wrong with my heart... then the doctor came in, he listened to my breathing and suggested I do an x-Ray and thats without looking at my throat or ears. I asked why.. all of my symptoms indicated that I had the flu.. he then said okay do we have your pharmacy information Ill send you some medicine there.. I asked for information on the medicine he s prescribing, he said his assistant would give it to me. When I asked his assistant she knew nothing of it, she promised me she would call me before the office closes... Im still waiting for that phone call. Im confused as to why they would try to get me to do all of these unnecessary test though and how many other people theyre doing this to. Im calling my insurance company today... they made me sign this form upon my arrival... its seem to be some type of approval form for any test that I might have done.

As a professional in the medical field, when seeking a doctor I tend to ask many questions..... I phoned this office to inquire how long has the doctor been in practice & is he a older or younger doctor (younger doctors tend to be more up to date with the latest news & seminars vs the older ones).... I was given a reply " Look it up on the internet, thats personal, they could not give out that info... & then proceeded to hang up on me! Now I see that as very unprofessional, I decided to call back & let them know...Mind you... 1. Im a new potential patient 2. Im self-pay. & 3. I work in the Health & Medical fields for the last 10yrs. I would suggest to Dr. Baldeo.... Find someone that can handle your phones in a professional manner, no matter whom or what type of call it is. I deal with phone calls like that every day, and no matter what crazy or unusually question Im given, it is always handled in the right way....and not hanging up on them. I would also suggest you seek some practice management help or retrain your employees on proper phone etiquette.

Although my initial visit to the office was fine, I ended up battling them with the billing. I paid my copay the day of my appointment, but received multiple notices that I had a copay due and it would be sent to the collection agency. After many calls to the office, the problem was resolved. Randomly months later I was scheduled to come in and when I called to cancel, since I had no reason to go in, the receptionist was very rude and hung up on me for no reason without a thank you or goodbye. I called back to address this issue and the receptionist continued to be rude and made really inappropriate comments for someone in a customer service position. Thank to the poor reception staff, I will not be returning to this office.

They are the worst. Never ever coming back here. I came for a regular check and to get a physical. It took me 4 hrs just the see this guy baldeo. Plus I had to come back 2 more times for some bullcrap. They even sent me a bill for stupid procedures that my insurance shouldve covered. They are crooks. STAY AWAY!

I went to this doctor a year ago and I had the worst experience here. Theyre unprofessional, thieves and purely unethical. Clearly others have had the same experiences and Im from a third world country and in the great NY is where I have an experience like this. shameful!

Alima This nonsense was fabricated by one person who is a hater, and an obsessive, compulsive liar who still cant manage to get up in life, and is hung up on their ex... Get over it and stop the lies. Try focusing on starting over a new life.....
