Went to doctor as a second opinion a few months ago, and decided to make him my new PCP. Had an appointment last Monday at 430 p.m.. Upon making the appointment I explained the the receptionist that I had a laceration on my hand. The doctors at the hospital stitched me and bandaged me at 5pm. I tried my best to follow the time line of healing based on the time of my accident. The receptionist said fine and made my 430 appointment. On the day of the appointment I received a missed call from the office at 1030 am. I called back at around 130pm where a receptionist asked me if I could come in earlier. I told her I couldnt and she proceeded to reschedule my appointment. I have no problem with these people on a medical level, however this is a blatant disrespect of my time. I decided I am never going back to this place. My first is my last time.

Ive been a patient here for about 8 years and have always been very satisfied with everything ,not only the care but also the office staff. Wait times are reasonable while the doctors still take the time to be sure Im well cared for.

Would give more stars but the girls and the front desk are not focused and are reluctant to work Went from 2 stars to 1 star. Expect a 2 hour wait with an appointment
