Takes way too long to be seen by a doctor. I signed in at 11:15am and its 1:15pm and have not been seen by a doctor yet. It use to be sooo much faster, I used to be seen in 20 minutes. Also, communication between pharmacy and urgent care does not exist. The medication is never prescribed correctly. Update: 6/18/2016- Patient information is clearly heard from the waiting area, like their complete insurance information along with card numbers!!! Doctors do not wait for throat culture to be complete before rushing you out of the office. There are too many urgent care centers that i can go to and I will not be going to this one anymore. Very unprofessional.

The PA in this place, Edward Koenig, does not seem to know what hes doing. I came in on a Sunday. The wait was relatively long for such a small clinic and Koenig doesnt seem to want to be there that day. He was grumpy and never showed empathy.

Everyone was nice and professional. From the front Intake Specialist at the front desk, the Nurse and the Doctor. This was only my 3rd visit, but I will be returning here when I dont go to my regular doctor

The wait in this place is horrible! I use to be in and out quickly and efficiently since dwell took over the service has severely dropped!
