Great place. The place is huge and the view you get is amazing! (On the 6th floor). The staff is friendly and always smile. Sometime around summer 2015, I had to get my ears cleaned and Dr. Irene Yu is so friendly! I love how she talks to you. Not a lot of doctors do that. They just ask whats wrong, fix you up and youre done. March 18. 2016. I had to get my ears cleaned again. Waited for 10-15 minutes. Which honestly isnt even long. Most appointments that you go to, you would have to wait 30+ minutes. Irene was just as amazing the first time. She asked me what I was majoring in, what I was interested in, etc. Ill be seeing her again in 6 months to get my ears cleaned again lol.

So I work for a very large Hospital Corporation and customer satisfaction is what we strive for, and this is what they staff at the New Rochelle location gave plus more. I went to the office as a new patient and was like the walking dead, I was really suffering, swollen/runny eyes and nose could not stop sneezing, they were empathetic both staff and Dr Ricardo were very pleasant. I did not just leave with RX, I left there knowing that they truly cared about how i was feeling. I would recommend them to everyone who has an allergy issue.
