At that time in 2009, Jen was absolutely correct with her review. Because the office was no longer had the professional but welcoming atmosphere, it kept me anxious and apprehensive when needing to see Dr. Roth. Now, I recently visited (8/4/11) and they have new staff members which are a pleasure to deal with. It is truly important for the front office to be professional and pleasant because they are a big part of building any business--they are your first impressions and encounters. Try them again, the members and atmosphere was different--better,
