Healthy Living

I am no longer a pt here simply because of the staff. Dr. McDonald truly is an AMAZING doctor (besides taking weeks to refill your meds). But her staff is HORRIFIC. they are extremely RUDE, always nasty to the pts, put you on hold until you decide to hang up. It got to the point where I was getting ANGRY every time I called the office because I needed something and was given an attitude or made feel like I wasnt important. The manager Brittany is THE MOST NASTIEST of the entire staff, after 3 altercations with her and me almost wanting to become physical I decided this is just not the right place for me nor my child. Hopefully she finds a new staff soon or Im sure a lot of patients will be leaving. I wish the doctor luck though....

My 6 or old daughter and I have both been patients of Dr.McDonald for over 2yrs. We followed her when she opened her own practice and have ALWAYS felt like family. She is the definition of what all doctors should be. She is caring and honest and her staff always goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy. I love this office and recommend it highly.
