Dr. Hong is a lifesaver!!! I havent been to the dentist in decades. I am now in my 30s and needless to say I have a lot of issues with my teeth and I have been procrastinating in resolving them. Not to mention that I am terrified of dentists. I was experiencing severe pain where I wanted to bang my head on anything I could get my hands-on. I took pain killers and no justice was done which lead to me finally visit a dentist. However, I reached out to many dentists and I was denied due to booked appointments and insurance non-sense. When I called Dr. Hongs practice and explained my excruciating situation to the receptionist, she put me on hold and Dr.Hong answered in less than a minute. He asked me questions to find out what was wrong and squeezed me in for an appointment the next day. My luck, the next day was a rain storm which caused a 45 minute delay to the appointment. The entire staff was compassionate and very efficient.Dr. Hong did an immediate root canal. Additionally, I have many more procedures to do. Thats what I get for not taking care of my teeth. I am eternally grateful for the warmth I experienced in his office. Dr. Hong will be the only dentist I visit!!!

New to the area back in 2010, we were looking for a dentist, and turned to Angies List for direction. It was there we found the very positive reviews for Dr. Hong and scheduled our first appointments with him. Dr. Hong lives up to all the positive reviews and has been our regular dentist since then. He is very professional- he takes a great deal of time each visit - we never feel rushed - and he patiently explains everything he is doing and goes into detail about any problems he might find. We find he and his staff to be caring, always pleasant and very helpful. A special nod to Pauline who was previously the dental assistant but has been working the front desk. She has been very helpful with billing questions and, like Dr. Hong, is just very pleasant to deal with. We are very happy to have found Dr. Hong and would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone looking for a good dentist in our area.

My experience from TLC Dental of Rockland has always been pleasant. The big smile of receptionist makes you feel welcome and expected. Friendly environment and staff support helps you to relax and feel comfortable. Waiting room has sitting area, TV, coffee machine and popular magazines of your choice make you feel comfortable in a minutes of your arrival. The Netflix TV programs available by customer choice provide additional positive experience, especially for children. Dr. Hong and his office staff provide quality care, always patient and explain all necessary treatment from beginning to the end of the appointment. I would highly recommend Dr.Hong dental services to anyone.

I was new there. I had an extremely painful wisdom tooth that was killing me. So I found Dr Hong Han. He saved my day and probably many years of agony. I called and talked with reception, gave my insurance. She gave a time and soon i went there. I didnt need to wait long in waiting area. I told the assistant my problem and told him about it. They had to take some X rays and before you know it, my painful tooth was gone and I can sleep again at nights. The whole office was professional. He was careful and very effective. I am thankful to him for providing such great service. I will go back again and I ll recommend office to others. It is a great place.

I have been going to Dr. Hong @ TLC Dental for close to 4 years and I have to say...He is THE BEST dentist I have ever had. He has an unusual ability to make patients feel comfortable and NO JOKE...even teeth cleaning is enjoyable (I have gone to many dentists in my lifetime and they were all rough). He has a gentle approach yet his attention to detail is impeccable. I actually look forward to my 6-mth teeth check up and cleaning! Im VERY thankful to have found out about Dr. Hong...unless I move far away, I will forever be using his dental services. Thanks Dr. Hong!!!!

I have been going to Dr. Hong for about 3 years now and he is the best dentist in town. He is very thorough and spends quality time checking your teeth. He will also explain all your options when it comes to any necessary procedures as well. I enjoy going to him for my 6 month teeth check up and cleaning. i can literally fall asleep getting my cleaning done! His staff is very friendly and the whole team makes you feel comfortable when you are there. Dont look elsewhere. TLC Dental is the best!

My daughter Jordana Bruck has been going to Dr. Hong at TLC Dental for many years now and wont see any other dentist b/c Dr. Hong and his staff are simply the best. They care about their patients, are extremely friendly and professional at all times. Dr. Hong is very thorough and gentle during his exams...visiting his office is like visiting family. I highly recommend this dental office and personally love going to the dentist b/c of their demeanor.
