This review is long overdue but I will never get over of the worst treatment I’ve received as a patient at this dentist. I went to this dentist for over a year for my regular exams and cleanings and after some time decided to do my invisalign treatment with them. My experience during the beginning of the treatment was good, I always made my payments on time and even brought my husband and mom to have their exams and dental work done here…however towards the last phase of the treatmet the doctor (Melvin Velazquez) humiliated me and treated me in the most unprofessional manner, raising his voice and accusing me that he had lost money with my case because of a billing mistake his own staff had made when I originally signed the contract. He rushed my last appointment and left my invisalign treatment unfinished, I needed more time so that my last tooth could finish aligning properly and instead he took the attachments off and left the room without an explanation or apology. He took his frustration out on me instead of dealing with the staff member who had made the mistake, the way they handled the situation was beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. After all the money I spent I was left humiliated and unhappy with my treatment. I never returned and made sure my husband and mom found another dentist as well.

After several visits this month to the dentist, it was clear that I stopped being a priority the minute I hesitated to go through with the suggested treatments that I have yet to get a straight answer of whether they are absolutely necessary or elective. They very pushily presented a treatment plan outside of my financial means while I was still under anesthesia after an hour of dental work (5 cavities filled) and signed me up for a credit line using deceptive tactics when I explicitly told them I did not want to open a credit line. I had to wait over 3.5 hours over the course of two days (with two separate appointments that I arrived on time for) to ultimately not get seen by the dentist for a filling that was done at the beginning of this month that started to shred dental floss and broke off without any extraneous provocation. I would not recommend this dental practice to anyone, if they dont feel like they can make a profit off of you they will ignore you and waste an incredible amount of your time!

I had a great experience at this office. I have been a patient for over a year. During this time I had over 10 cavities filled, 3 crowns, and a few cleanings (I had horrible teeth when I first started). I must have been in the office almost every other week for the past 6 months. Dr. Montes and her assistant Karla are great. They try to make sure I feel comfortable. When I had experienced some pain after a procedure, Dr Montes agreed to see me to ensure everything was okay. I am usually seen on time, but her office does get busy during the evening hours. I am satisfied with the work I had done. Her manager Yrenes and Yuri the receptionist are friendly and made me feel comfortable. I will be back for my cleaning again in six months. Thank you to the entire staff!

I received my permanent crown this morning, and the procedure could not be simpler and more pleasant. Thank you Dr. Velasquez and Ashley!
