Very poor customer service. I went there to remove two cavities and first week the doctor removed one. After, the doctor removed now Im having sensibility and a lot of pain. Today 02/10/17 I had an appointment at 11. I did arrived at 10:43 am and it was 11:45 am and I was still waiting like an idiot. People came and left and my name on the list was still intact. As a regular patient I went to the secretaries if they knew how long the doctor was going to take because I was taking my lunch and break from work to be there on time. However, as unprofessional, disrespectful, and uneducated one of them said, "if she wants to go, she can just go". I just asked her what did she said and she remained on silence. I told her how unprofessional she was and I left. I didnt want to still be wasting my time in an unpleasant place. I went there twice because first, I didnt have a choice. Second, because for one thing, they splittted into 3 or 4 appointments so they can collect more money from the public. When business goes down or the bosses start downsizing their personal it isnt because there are not clients or money, IS BECAUSE THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNGRATEFUL EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE IS VERY VERY POOR. Keep the good work ignorant and go back to school and learn how to behave with decent people. Regards, A representation of your opposite level of professionalism.

Horrible place! My daughter recently went to get a tooth extracted there by DR VILA and she was very careless didnt even acknowledge the parent and didnt even speak with my child to calm her down...she was just going to put the freaking needle in her mouth like nothing..then after she does Dr Vila didnt even give a few minutes for my child to be numb! I had to tell her to give her a few minutes....now shes trying to extract the tooth and my poor child tells her she feels it and didnt care!!! DR VILA you lucky I didnt drag your ass in that office! and after she extracts the tooth she doesnt even speak to me..just left the room.. Horrible experience my daughter had there! Never will come here again!!! Wish they had a zero!! Bad unprofessional place.

My name is karol. (sent from husbands computer) worst service and experience of my life!!!! I went to that place to have two bad teeth removed and got four good teeth removed instead..... now after a period of time Im suffering with pain, both teeth have been coming out peace by peace and cant eat anything, even room-temp bothers me. im going crazy with the pain. I even lost 40 pounds because i have to eat like a baby. Im taking this place to court.

This place is the worst do not go .Customer service sucks and the wait time is horrible. I waited like about 2 hours and then I have left in a room to wait another 40 mins . They treat you so rough I felt like I was at a butcher shop . I dont understand why this place is still open .

This place is horrible. The staff is very unfriendly. Also one of the dentists Dr. M Bitton, did a filling on my tooth without numbing the area. She is unprofessional. Beware of this shady place.
