When figuring out the best interventions to help make a patient’s body function normally, Dr. Asay takes into consideration the patient’s lifestyle goals. He doesn’t simply tell a patient to stop doing what they love, or to limit their activity, in order to eliminate the pain. He actually gets patients back to doing the activities they love to do, and doing them pain-free. He and his staff care about the well-being of their patients. They are committed to helping their patients live life pain-free and with optimal health.

Ive been going to the clinic for a few years and had very positive experiences. I met the new owner and his wife a few weeks ago and they were super nice and friendly. They had looked into my insurance that I had been using for years and they found out I was covered for a great low back belt and a tens unit which are fantastic. I even used the belt again today when working in the yard and it helped protect my low back. They have also improved the office aesthetics as it was looking a little rundown and it looks much better now. I think the care there is first class and my wife and I love going there. Im not sure why the last reviewer said there was tension in the office as I have felt that at all. Ive run businesses in the past and know that taking over a huge clinic like this must be a big challenge and from meeting them and what Ive seen it looks like things there are only improving. Im going to keep going and will definitely recommend it to others. 5 stars!

Ive been a patient at AB&NC for over four years now & the doctors and staff have helped me bounce back from several sports injuries, two pregnancies & maintaining my overall well-being. My husband & kids are patients as well. The Doctors are all wonderful but my personal favorite is Dr. Voisin. Its all personal preference & for me his firmer approach to doing adjustments works best for me. He has a vested interest in helping as many people as he can. He has also been a valuable resource in regards to health & wellness. The environment in the office is warm & pleasant. This is due in large part to Debbie who will greet & check you in upon arrival for your appointment. Shes such a sweet woman who cares so much about the patients & handles multi-tasking with grace & a friendly smile every time I am there. She is the first & last person you will be in contact with at the office & she will make your experience at AB&NC a great one!!

I had a very serious back pains all the way thru both legs in three years ago, and my primary doctor order me for P.T so I went to ADVANCED BACK AND NECK FOR treatments and I was completely cure and return to normal after 3 months of good care. and recently this pains happened again due to a heavy sickness on my kidney function, and my doctor again asked for P.T order. So I return to Advanced Back and Neck for another treatments I appreciated very much the very big help from Beeky and Troy and they are try their best to give me the best in reducing my pains week by week. I do believe I will have totally cure again in coming future period of time I want to recommend to all other friends to Advance Back and Neck if they have the same problems like me. I am new to the area and have been researching neck and shoulder specialists. I came across Advance Back and Neck Care and saw great reviews and a Groupon for a 60 minute massage. I knew this was the perfect opportunity to see if they were what I was looking for. Having been to several Massage Therapists, I couldnt be more pleased with the Trigger Point massage I received from Ericka. She is very knowledgeable and hit exactly where I needed! The staff was pleasant and friendly and I never felt pressured. Dr. McDonald took some time to give me tour and explain all the therapy options offered. I am thoroughly looking forward to my next massage and getting started on my Chiropractic care! High Thumbs up!

One day I was unable to finish a run I have done dozens of times because my back was hurting so badly. Because of this, I looked into various methods of dealing with my kind of lower back pain, and visiting a chiropractor was the most recommended. I went to Advanced Back & Neck Care and I am so happy I did! The doctors, physical therapists, and the rest of the staff at their facility are amazingly knowledgeable and nice. I felt so comfortable and relaxed while I was there, and my first visit was completely free! If you are having any kind of pain, I would strongly recommend visiting Advanced Back & Neck Care instead of waiting for the pain to go away or doing nothing about it.

I was looking for a place to get by back pain checked out. I heard from a friend about this place and decided to give it a try. I first took up an offer for 1 hr massage. My massage therapist was very patient and explained everything throughout the session. It was a good experience and it did help my back! After the session, the Dr. McDonald showed me the facility and I must say its pretty good! Now I have decided to continue my treatment there are will be making another visit shortly! So glad I found a good place close to home.

I am quite disappointed in the change of ownership. I am saddened to see the PT Angela and Dr McDonald have left. The office no longer has the upbeat feel it used to have. I have seen the new Drs but have not had any contact with them. Not even a hello! I have been a patient at this practice for about 10 years. As a long time patient the feeling I get when I walk in is a lot of tension. I hope things improve, Dr Voison and therapists Caitlin, Becky, Erika and Shenice are the only reason I am still there.

Worst massage Ive ever had for deep tissue. Receptionist quickly asked me for the money for the massage while doing several other things on the computer. I told the therapist my neck was my only complaint and wanted to focus on that. She never even touched my neck. I asked her to focus on my neck and that she can go harder and her response was "this is as good as it gets" when walking out she asked me how my shoulders were now.. I said my shoulders were never the issue.. horrible experience

I am very pleased with Advanced Back & Neck Care. My original visit was to see Dr. John McDonald as I had been his patient in San Tan Valley after moving there. It is quite a distance to drive now but I would follow Dr. John, no matter the distance. I have osteoarthritis and he helps keep me mobile. Dr. Asay, Dr. Voisin and the entire staff are very pleasant and accommodating and make me feel I have come to the right chiropractic clinic.
