So I never thought Id needed to go to a Chiropractor, especially being a young person who was about to get out of college. However life is random and one day on my walk to class I was involved in a Pedestrian vs Auto incident (I was the Pedestrian). Guy in his truck didnt see me in the crosswalk and proceeded with his left turn straight into me. Sure I was lucky to be alive since my backpack was what saved my life since it took the impact force of me landing after getting sent flying. I was not at fault, but in under 6 hours I went from perfectly fine and healthy, to crippled (Needed a cain to walk) and in pain on my entire left side. I was at a lost and a friend of mine recommended me to Hedstrom, and so I called and set-up my appointment in early November. After my first consultation he recommended me I start P.T. 3 times a week. They focused on helping my left side, while reminding me to keep my right side where it was at. It started out slow, but gradually improved as we introduced more treatments in P.T. and stretches for me to do at home. As of writing this review I have my last appointment scheduled for my final evaluation next week (4/23). Honestly I couldnt recommend it enough for being nearly fully recovered and back to where I was physically before the accident. The staff is friendly, they know what theyre doing, and willing to work with whats best for you; but it also depends on your cooperation with the treatment. I stayed on top of my stretches as best as I can and continued to push for full recovery. Hedstrom says Ive been recovering superbly and even started to stop some treatments from my improvement. As he would say; hes does all he can, the rest is up to you.

As an avid cyclist I thought the numbness in the smallest two fingers of my hands was due to pressure on the palm of my hand from the handlebars. When I started to lose the mobility in my neck when attempting to turn my head to the left I knew the issue was much bigger. I did a lot of research on the Internet and decided to go with Dr. Hedstrom. I have been very impressed with his professionalism. After X-rays to help pinpoint the problem (compressed vertebrate C 5,6,7) which was pinching my spinal nerve we sat down to discuss a course of action. Dr Hedstrom laid the facts out on the table. The two paths I could take would offer differing results. One path would give me temporary relief from the pain, while the other would attempt to correct the issue. I am 43 years old and wanted to correct the problem. With the use of the DRX9000C machine and manual alignment sessions with the doctor I started a 6 week course with visits twice a week. Dr Hedstrom provided physical therapy exercise diagrams as well for me to follow. By the completion of the program I had a complete reversal of the neck issues. Mobility was back in my neck, no more tingling in my fingers while riding the bike and my mood has dramatically improved. Unknown to me was the impact my neck was having on my mood which my wife can attest to. I continue to see Dr. Hedstrom weekly for an alignment as I increase my time on the bike and increase my workouts in the gym for the upcoming mountain bike racing season. I learned about Dr. Hedstrom through a massage therapist who said she was typically leery of chiropractors but she highly respected Dr. Hedstrom and his methods. She said he would be the one she would see for treatments if she needed a chiropractor. I have a long history of cervical disk degeneration, I was hesitant about chiropractors too until I met Dr. Hedstrom. On my first visit he wanted to find out about my history and my current symptoms, he ordered an xray as he said he was not going to start treatment until he had guidance from the x-ray. The next visit we reviewed the x-ray and the report and we discussed treatment options, frequency of visits etc. Finally the third time I saw him we started treatments. I appreciated what I call his "cautious and conservative approach". His team, the technicians and office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Within a few visits, thanks to Dr. Hedstrom and his team, my symptoms improved. My range of motion in my neck has increased and I am thrilled to have the dull ongoing pain and muscle tension gone. Not only is everyone very nice in the office, but the office runs on time. I will definitely continue to recommend Dr. Hedstrom to my friends in need.

I was referred by a friend to Aspen Falls Spinal Care Center and from the moment I walked into their office I knew I would get the help I needed. I literally could not even walk when my back began to blow out. They sent me to get XRays before they would work on me, which I totally appreciated their cautiousness. After the office review, Dr. Corbaley and the team began my the thorough treatment of my back and within a day I could feel the difference. I spent the next three months in treatment with them and I feel like a new women. I can move and I have no pain. When I would go in for an appointment, the care the office staff gave me was awesome. I felt like I was the only patient there because of their great customer care and friendliness. Dr. Corbaley not only adjusted my back, but he worked on my knees and ankles and even my ears. Did you know your congestion can be cleared by adjusting your ear canals! It was a amazing. Anyway, between the DRX machine that they have, which is so unique, and his expert care I got, I am finally back to my old self. I would recommend Aspen Falls to anyone. I have total respect and admiration for the work they do there. Thank you Team.

By far, the absolute BEST Chiropractor in Utah! The staff at Aspen Falls is awesome, and they go out of their way to make sure your visit is the best possible. Dr. Hedstrom is amazing, and really takes the time to get to know his patients and shows incredible care and concern. His treatment is catered to your specific needs and he really takes the time to make sure your needs are being met!! I also want to rave about the fantastic massage I received from Heather! Ive had many massages, and she is by far the best massage therapist Ive had! She listened to exactly what my aches/pains/needs were and addressed them all! I respond best to deep tissue massages, and despite how small Heather is, she really knows how to apply the pressure! Before I knew it, the knots in my back and neck were gone, and I could move again! Getting treated by Dr. Hedstrom and a massage by Heather is a MUST! I also need to mention the Practice Manager, Samantha. Shes got the office running like a well oiled machine! There is very little wait time for apppointments, Ive had no issues with my insurance, and I am always treated like I am their most importatnt patient! I wont go anywhere else!
