I’ve dealt with low back pain for 8+ years. Four babies and one spinal fusion all within 8 years left me in pretty rough shape. I knew I needed to see a Chiropractor, but the process of trying to find “a good one,” seemed too overwhelming. Mostly because I’m SUPER picky when it comes to chiropractors. So I put it off. Then, when my family of 6 was hit by a Mack truck while traveling on the freeway, I knew I needed to quickly find a Chiropractor that I could trust to treat my whole crew and get us back to where we were physically, prior to the accident. I had heard several good things about Dr. Knight and the AMIT technique, so I did my research, and decided to give them a call. The Cindy answered, and she treated me SO kindly. She was empathetic, patient, and super willing to help in any way she could. After my very first appointment, I knew I was in the right hands. Dr. Knight was SO informative, caring, honest, hopeful, encouraging, and I just felt like he was on our team. He patiently listened to ALL my questions, and everything I had to say….which is amazing, because clearly, I’m long winded. I felt like he genuinely cared about getting our family better, and that he was super capable. It’s SO exciting when you find a doctor that is both really, REALLY good at what he does, and also REALLY easy and fun to be around. Dr Knight is THAT doctor. The day that Dr. Knight used the AMIT technique to reengage my abdominal muscles and lower back was a total game changer for me. I remember lifting a wheelbarrow full of bark later that day and being able actually feel core muscles engaging that I haven’t used in probably 10 years. My abs were actually shaking from fatigue after just minutes. I used to wake up with low back pain EVERY SINGLE DAY before seeing Dr. Knight. I was unable to sit, for at least an hour after waking up, EVER DAY because of how weak my lower back was. Now, I feel like my core is fully functioning, the way it should have been for years. The days that I experience any kind of back pain are SO VERY few, and FAR, FAR, FAR between now. Dr. Knight not only got my family and I back to pre-accident shape by fixing the problems we had from our car accident, but we are ALL feeling better than ever. Everyone in my family, from my 40 year old non-chiropractic-believing husband, all the way down to my 1 year old son, has had AWESOME results from our visits to Dr. Knight. My school aged kids, who usually catch every sniff, sneeze and barfy germ that comes through town, have had virtually bulletproof immune systems since seeing Dr Knight. And they get so excited and LOVE seeing him and Cindy every time we come to the office. So, really…you can stop looking for the right chiropractor because THIS is the right one. Dr. Knight is who you want on your team, taking care of you and your entire family.

My family who lives in UT had been recommending Dr. Knight with such enthusiasm that I just had to book an appointment to see what was up. So happy I did! The positive changes that Ive experience in my body since starting treatment make the flight worth it every time. Im lucky that my work brings me in town frequently, but I was determined to see that my husband be able to receive the same care as me. Ive happily been using my frequent flier miles to now have him come up and get treatment as well. AMIT works and it is hard to find someone (in my neck of the woods) who does it, let alone does it with the amount of care and kindness that you will get from Dr. Knight. I had shooting pain down my right leg that made it impossible to do the things I wanted to do. That is now gone. My husband hadnt been able to surf in years, he is now back in the water. I gained an inch in my height now that I can stand with better posture. In fact now that my back muscles engage its hard to slump over. Its really cool to feel muscles that you thought long gone responding like they used to when you were younger. You start to feel like a little less betrayed by your body once you are able to start working with it responding like it should. Moment almost feels effortless after a muscle has been activated. You never quite realized how hard they were working before. Ive tried other local chiropractors since starting treatment with Dr. Knight to help get me through the intermittent times and its now become noticeable the difference between the types of care you receive. Dr. Knight will never adjust just to adjust. All of his care is done with purpose and to fix the problem, not just the symptoms. I actually will now wait till I can get back in to see Dr. Knight because the regular treatment just doesnt work.

When I started seeing Dr. Knight I got a headache almost every day. My neck felt so tired all the time, like it just couldnt hold my head up. It was really hard to just sit without being in pain. I was taking 2 different prescriptions for headaches/pain and was still having to lay down part of most days just to cope. I had a child with a chronic illness and I was struggling to care for her, and my other child, and playing with them just wasnt possible. I felt discouraged and needed something to change.... I saw Dr. Knight for a year. It did take some time (and a car accident in the middle didnt help), but a year later I only have 3 or 4 headaches a month! My neck feels strong, my whole body feels strong. I went from refilling the headache prescriptions every 2 weeks to every 3 months or more! And best of all, I can not only care for my children, but I can play with them again - even jump on the trampoline! I thought I would have to learn to live with pain the rest of my life, but clearly I dont. Im so grateful I found Dr. Knight!!!!

My wife and I were in an accident over two and a half years ago, we were rear-ended. I went to a chiropractor, that shall be left unnamed, for over two years. I came to Dr. Jeffery Knight, D.C. About a month ago and have already progressed more than the two years of treatment that I had from the other chiropractor. This man is the future of chiropractic services. He honestly cares about his patients and takes the most thorough examination I have ever seen. His AMIT technique helps provide loads of data on what is wrong, what has been fixed and what to fix next. Dont waste your money visiting anyone else as he has no equal in ut. Truly a skilled man.

I have been to many other chiropractors and I felt that Dr. Knight was one of the most skilled chiropractors I have ever been to. I actually felt relief from my pain almost immediately. I really felt that he cared for me as a patient and wasnt just out to get money from me. He really cared about my well being and was trying to help me. I really liked that he gave me exercises and stretches to help with my pain and I really noticed a difference after I started doing them. I would highly recommend Dr. Knight not only is he a great doctor but he is a great man! Thanks Dr. Knight!
