The nature of my visit was to meet Dr. Hornback during his open house and not for a back adjustment, but thought Id see why my daughters swear by regular visits. He did his adjustment and nothing seemed to change until that night when I went to bed. For the first time, in literally decades, I slept for over 9 hours. I normally sleep 4-5 hours a night due to many reasons and I needed something to improve my sleep patterns. For the past two weeks since that visit, Ive slept a regular 6-7 hours nearly every night except for the occasional short night due to my own work habits. I dont normally have back pain, but I will be going back to maintain good sleep patterns in the future. Thanks, Dr. Hornback!
