Dr. Anderson and his assistant Robyn were told not to give me Anesthesia that contained Epinephrine. They were told every time I had an appointment. The previous dentist at that location was also told. I explained why I could not have Epi each time. I normally only need to go over it one time. The assistant assured me that she had documented the problem with Epinephrine in my chart. Despite the repeated conversations, Dr. Anderson gave me Epinephrine. This became clear when I had an adverse response after he injected the anesthesia. Dr. Anderson confirmed using Epi and the asst. confirmed the flag in my chart. Dr. Anderson and his assistant clearly disregarded my safety despite discussing the issue multiple times. There is no excuse for this. Smiles at Mercy Gilbert is negligent.

Thought I was going to be taken care of but I was just taken advantage of... Think twice before you go here... They take care of their employees with trips for referring patients but they dont take care of the patient. I requested to make sure I pay everything up front and they only billed me half. Now I am not able to afford to get remaining work done so I only have upper plate to eat with which has not been finished as well. Total rip off... Think twice before you go here. Also they took money from my wife and son account to pay for a small outstanding balance on my account, so they are not able to get there work finish as well. Our dental insurance was billed for the full dental cost and not all the work was completed.... I smell insurance FRAUD.

I traveled from Utah to Arizona to see Dr. Anderson after family living there were VERY happy with his work. Being new to Utah I didnt have a dentist here and I needed a dentist to look at a problem tooth pretty immediately that was borderline root canal. I went down to Arizona for a visit/appointment and I couldnt be happier that I did!!! Dr. Anderson was upfront that it was very close to be a root canal and on the trickiest tooth, BUT would try his best to make root canal the last option. He was a miracle worker!! Not only did he save my tooth he also saved me $$$. I can enjoy the simple pleasure of eating food again without pain. Cant recommend him enough!!!

We have gone here, there, and everywhere to get help for my husband and everyone looked at us like dollar signs rather than a real person with BIG mouth problems. Dr. Anderson and his staff is absolutely amazing in everyway. My husband has never had a smile that he could share with the world, or himself for that matter. Dr. Anderson is a true blessing from god in our eyes, there is no words or way to show our appreciation and gratitude for the help he has given to my husband and now our entire family! Dr. Robert Anderson is a real find for a dentist. He takes the time to explain what is going on in your mouth and how to make it healthy. His assistant Robyn is awesome. She is very kind and caring as well. If you need a dentist, this is the place.
