I was assaulted on January 16th 2015 went to the urgent care where I seen a doctor there and was told I had a concussion with lacerations my head was bleeding and my back I could not sit down I went in to see dr nichols waited 55 minutes which is actually pretty fast because the last time I was there I waited 2 hours to see the doctor when I finally got in to see the doctor he told me that he can no longer see me because the urgent care doctor had prescribe me some pain medication which I didnt even take because I have other medication from dr nichols I was shocked at his statement he then went on to ask me what was my problem I told him that I was assaulted by a man in the Safeway parking lot and was hurt very very badly and that I needed an MRI of my head due to the concussion that I suffered I also showed him pictures of my injuries kind of SAT there and laughed at me I asked him what you dont believe me I started to cry and walked out this doctor has no bedside manner whats funny is when he said that he said that he was stingy and he wanted me all to himself I couldnt understand that one so in the time of need when I really needed a doctor he refused to see me anymore well knowing that I also have seizures and I need other medications I dont know what kind of practice hes running but is very cold hearted and I will let everyone know how hes treated me and if I should suffer any kind of bad consequences because of his lack of concern then he will have to suffer the consequences as well

When contacting the office to speak to a nurse, you are required to leave a voicemail. After leaving a very detailed voicemail on a Monday with my name, phone number and medical concern spoken very slowly and repeated twice, my call was not returned. I did the same thing on a Tuesday and still no return phone call. My medical concern was related to a prescription issue for medication that was prescribed to me to take daily. After two days of calling the office and no return call, I contacted the after hours service to speak with a physician directly and was treated as though my health was of no regard to the doctor after hours. Because my issue related to a prescription and even though Im travelling out of town on business for one week, the after hours host recommended that I just "show up" at the office to get what I need. What kind of service is this and what commitment has this office shown for my well being?

I am remiss in being so late with my review, however in my humble opinion, Dr. Nichols is by far the best Dr. Ive had since my Baby Dr. 57 years ago. With his help, support, and undeniable understanding, Dr. Nichols literally saved my life by believing enough in me to medically taper me down from the use of alcohol. I have been completely alcohol free since Jan 30, 2012. Such a kind, and compassionate Dr, and friendly staff. I highly recommend him for anything from G.I problem; tendons, joint; muscle problems, or and old fashioned ear infection. I wish I hadnt moved back to California--I havent found a Dr like him yet! I also miss his assistant Dylan, who was every bit as compassionate as the Dr. I had a bad case of Cellulites on my foot, and the Dr. even called me at home to check up on me over the weekend--on his Sons Birthday no less! What other Dr. would ever do that? I Love this Dr!

From the first phone call you can tell that the whole staff is kind and caring and works as a team. The front office staff, led by Miss Linda have gone far beyond the call of duty for my entire family! And Dr. Nichols is down to earth, easy to talk to yet very straight forward. The way he handled my 95 year old father was amazing..... always treating him with respect and allowing him to maintain dignity and allowing him to make decisions ( or at least letting him think they were his decisions, which is an art in itself). He is just a really nice guy who also happens to be a great doctor! He is supported by a lot of great people ( like attracts like, right?) particularly a great PA, Michelle, and resident "Vampire", Darlene, who is the best blood collector ever! They all team is like family! IDE recommend them in a heartbeat!

I love this office. The front desk people are always very busy but are still kind & efficient. The fact that Dr. Nichols has Dylan in his office for weight control is very commendable. At 58 years old I lost 30 pounds with Dylan now I have no health issues. Most likely most medical problems are due to extra weight. This is the first doctor that doesnt say, "You need to loose weight" He has a person who can help you do it. If I had cancer would a doctor say," you need to get rid of it"? I have been trying to loose weight for 30 years. Dylan has helped my son gain weight, my daughter gain muscle, and a friend who works for Muscular Moving Men in the Summer to maintain energy.

Do not go here. They will send your blood tests to out of network labs. They will charge you in network prices, however your insurance wont pay that because they are out of network bills. Also, they screen your phone calls and send you straight to voicemail every time until you get someone, then they let everyone in the office know about your problems. DO NOT GO HERE EVER! NOT EVEN IF YOURE ON YOUR DEATH BED.

Dr. Nichols is by far the best doctor Ive ever seen. The front desk is very helpful, and everyone is kind, and extremely helpful.
