Mis prescribed medication for an ear ache. Gave me a topical drop, even though I asked for an oral antibiotic because deep in the sinus. (I have not had an antibiotic in years- no over use). When I arrived at Smiths pharmacy, the pharmacist tells me the medication is $280 dollars for a small vile and that doctors when prescribing this med usually give patient coupon to bring down cost. Smiths had to call and waited on office forever for a response only to find they changed it to an drop for eyes. After finally getting home, I use drop throughout day with absolutely no affect on ear. Called office 4 times in a 8 hr period with no response whatsoever. Receptionist very apologetic about Doctor, but could not answer why no call. Been in severe pain all night. If you cant do you job, simply delegate and let others take care of your patients. Will not go back to this clinic. His bed side manner was a walk out as well. He literally said he would be back in exam and then never came back! Simply need a round of antibiotics, this makes me wonder what happens to more severe cases than mine!!! Unavailable.

I have seen Lane multiple times for various reasons, and he has always gone out of his way to help me. He takes the time to listen and is always professional. Respectful, noncondescending, practitioner, listened to concerns and addressed them. Had a good bedside manner, cracked jokes to ease any tention/anxiety. He even gave me his personal contact information for if i had any further questions or concerns for what i saw him for. He is an overall great practitioner in my book.
