I had someone call me and left a message stating that I was listed as an emergency contact for someone brought in and was asked to call back as soon as possible. When I called back a very rude lady answered the phone and stated "Northern Utah Cardiovascular Associates WE DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 9 AM" and then she hung up on me. I called back a second time and interrupted her before she hung up on me a second time and told her I had just missed a call from a gentlemen by the name of Eric and was asked to call back as soon as possible she responded very rudely and advised me she is the only one there and I said well the call came in 3 minutes ago from a guy named Eric stating he was one of the nurses she kept proceeding to tell me they do not open till 9 and she was the only one there. Very rude.... If you cannot answer the phone nicely and be professional when someone is calling concerned regarding a voicemail this office left then you need to find a job somewhere else. I can tell you this if it is someone I know and that is why I got the call and something has happened or does happen to that person because you are so lazy and you refuse to have a decent conversation with someone because you DO NOT OPEN TILL 9 then you will be sued. Very unprofessional front desk!

In the past 6 months I have made 5 trips to the ER with a pulse between 170-180 bpm. The pulse should be 60-80 bpm. In January Dr Forestall did a cardiac oblation. Unfortunately my problem is cureable 95% of the time by that process but I am in the 5% that the standard procedure does not help. After another ambulance trip to the ER, Dr F. has me taking a medication to slow down the heart, intending that to keep me from having more surgical procedures, if medication can control it. He is very kind to a frightened old lady (me!) and I completely trust that he is taking excellent care of me and my condition. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND HIM

Re: Dr. Julia Ansari I have seen Dr. Ansari 4 times . During each visit she made sure she understood the reason for my visit, did the appropriate examination and explained the necessary treatment. Modern cardiology is complicated and confusing to the lay patient. Doctpr Ansari s explanations are very clear I slways left feeling I knew about my problem.That is the most thing to take home from doctor visit. R. Igo

Their staff from the welcoming friendly receptionists to their nurses and professional staff are dedicated to your health and well being. You could not possibly want better care for your heart and cardiovascular health.

I must say am NOT impressed with the front office. However my cardiologist makes up for the issues at the front desk. If i did not need the tests the consult as badly on a very tight schedule, i would have walked out. But patience paid off. I am extremely happy with the level of confidence, concern and skill shown at bed side.

Dr. Forstall is one of the most professional, caring and kind cardiologists I could ask for. I was blessed to have him attend me after arriving to the ER. Surgery went very well and Im feeling so much better. The staff at the office are all so kind and attentive. I totally recommend Dr. Forstall!
