I chose this physician for my mother so she could have an M.D. who was available when needed and would take time to listen to her concerns AND provide preventative medicine. Never received an EKG, lab work, order for a mammogram; it was all about the money. I gladly paid this doctor $590.00 hoping he would be someone who would not treat her like a number. Her back went out one night and she called him on his cell, he refused to phone in a muscle relaxer and said he would do it when he woke up!!! Also found out from MDVIP that he is only suppose to charge $30 per visit, not $90. He didnt prescribe her medicines the way she has taken them for years. I was glad to have my money refunded after MDVIP found out the tripled fraudulent visit fees! MDVIP was quick to refund and sorry for the experience. This is a good company, but not a good physician. ALSO, for $590 he can wake up and phone in a medicine! I expect to get what I pay for.

Dr. Steiner is one of the kind, compassionate, caring doctors I have even seen. He truly cares about his patients and listens to them. When he talks to you he does it so you can understand. He does not talk at you. Thank you for being one of the good ones. His staff is also amazing and goes the extra mile to help.

Dr. James Steiner has been my doctor for over 15 years and has been very personable and LISTENS to me. My experience w/ other doctors has been one sided and they dont listen carefully. I have recomended Dr. Steiner to not only friends, but immediate family all of which were impressed.
