Dr. Alias a wonderful doctor. He listens to my concerns, never rushes me and his treatment recommendations are always right on. He addresses every thing I have questions about and if I need specialized help, his staff arranges the referral as soon as possible. His P.A.s are just as wonderful as he is. I have several health issues and Ive never left his office feeling like I wasnt treated with kindness, understanding and professionalism. There is a lab and x-ray machine in the office plus, the office is always clean. In fact, I was forced to change my primary care to another doctor due to my insurance carrier change and his office manager was able to get his practice signed up to my new insurance within a few months and I changed back as soon as I was able. His entire staff are always friendly and helpful, no exceptions. Id recommend him and his staff to anyone, and have to many.

Dr Joseph Alia is probably the best doctor Ive been to so far. He was able to diagnose my problems and refer me to highly skilled valley specialists to help with correcting the problems. The last doctor I went to, gave me the run around about how they want to sit and wait and schedule extra appointments for each different problem. Dr Alia took care of all of my ailments in one visit. Only downside to my experiences with the practice is trying getting a hold of someone through the phone. First off, I think that Dr Alia is a very good doctor. However Im having continued problems with the billing dept. When they took my blood for testing they sent it to Sonora Quest instead of my insurance providers lab testing company. I have tried working with their billing dept for 6 weeks now and nothing has been done. In the meantime, Sonora Quest keeps sending me bills for the bloodwork. The Drs office is responsible for checking where the insured persons lab work should go and in my opinion, they made a mistake. I have called the Drs office many times and they keep saying that they are working on it, but nothing is resolved

Ive been seeing Dr Alia for many years, even after I moved away from Tempe I drive all the way to see him. It is rare to find a dr who actually cares for their patients and doesnt just want your money. He takes his time to listen to me, talk to me and check me out throughly. Even when Im fine and I think somethings wrong he doesnt make me feel dumb for going in he reassures me that Im fine and has even sent me to specialists to ease my mind. Anyways, great dr, great person!

Ive kept Dr. Alia as my PCP for the last 3 years be cause he actually takes the time to see me and hear me out instead of having a nurse practitioner or someone else take his place. When needed he refers me top especialists.

Really, you cannot refer me to another doctors office who may have flu shots? It is also important to return your voicemail messages the same day.
