I made an appointment for an immunization in June of 2015. A couple days before my appointment, I called to confirm that they had my shot and I could receive it on the day of my appointment. When I arrived, the office collected a co-pay and then told me to go back and meet with Dr. Nunnelley. She took my health history and left the room for the technician to come in and give me the shot. He came to the room and said that they had no immunizations. He said he would call me when they came in. He never called. I called a week later to get another appointment for the shot. I did receive the shot. When I received the EOB, they charged me another $10. I sent the $10 in the mail right away. When I received another invoice, I realized that they had not given me credit for my payment and called them. They said they would follow up. I never heard back. Last week I received a letter from a collection agency. I sent a letter to them and then took a copy of my letter and all correspondence to Parkway Medical. When I asked that she give my correspondence to Dr Nunnelley, I was told that she doesnt take care of billing issues and the receptionist tried to give the paperwork back to me. I insisted that she give this to the doctor and told her that the doctor will be concerned about my issue if she is concerned with patient care.

Love love dr Nunnelley. Problem... The Asian girl up front had always been snotty and beyond rude, Ive been going here for about 12 years. Yesterday I was told one amount and apparently over night the price changed for my visit, but its "been a while" since it changed according to the rude one. 28 days ago it wasnt the "new" amount they charge up front. The Asian girl has never been a nice person. (She doesnt know how to use a calculator too. 75+45.13=120.18? Yes, that is an EIGHT. Not a typing error. But it was my fault when I tried to find out where the extra 5 cents came from.) They definitely need to get their stuff straight. The amounts and everything. They need to give notice to the patients about the amount they are going to change. But they dont care, they dont have to pay it. VERY disappointed that abrazo now owns parkway. They are Not a good company compared to before they were bought out. Very disappointed.

i have been going here for the last 3 years and never had a issue or problem with the staff or the Doctors or the PAs. They are all great and go to great lengths to get you taken care of. I highly recommend Collette Toronto I have been seeing her for the majority of the 3 years as Primary is Dr OConner which I also love I just have a now closer relationship with Collette. Bedside manner on the 3 doctors has been fantastic and Collette as a NP is deeply caring and will sit and listen to everything , they all go above and beyond. I have called many times and have been able to get same day appts or at least next day. Wait times are always generally under 10 minutes which is heaven sent due to my health issues. There is a on property Lab and X-ray which is very handy. They are so good that now that I live in Tempe I will still drive the 30 to 45 minutes to see them. I highly recommend this office. Front office staff is the reason why Im changing doctors. First off one of staff is so starved for attention she needed to comment the bill would be $5 more dollars because it was her birthday. Office staff has coded things wrong and screwed up my bill so it cost more. Front office staff had me down for a hep test when I was getting a TB test. On a visit I had asked for the billing copy for my visit but either of the front desk girls had a clue about what a billing copy was. Front office staff has been the deciding factor for me in this choice. I wish I could say it was the Doctor but it wasnt. Doctors are good but office staff is very lacking. I should have included this but came back to edit. Since Abrazo took over the office the front office and its staff havent been fun to deal with.

This medical practice try to scam people by telling people their medical group accepting all insurances when they were NOT. They will bill and make you pay what ever they want to bill for their crappy services because their medical group is "out of network" for most insurance carrier, especially for routine services. Whos in their right mind to come to this medical group for routine service to pay whole amount of the bill when they can come to "in network" provider and pay at contract rate by insurance. I believed this is "FRAUDULENT" on their part to get members to pay out of pocket so they can get more money. I WOULD NOT BRING MY CHILDREN TO THIS MEDICAL GROUP FACILITY EVER AGAIN.

The front desk people are wonderful I have to give Yolanda props for running the front desk in the right manner. However, I have been dealing with a 38 dollar bill I paid months ago and they are still sending it to me which they said they would investigate it. After 90 days no resolution. They got my appointment time wrong as well when I went there and this is not the first time it has ever happened by the automated voice system. I am not going to yell at the front desk ladies cause they didnt do anything wrong. The only staff doctor I like is The N.P everyone else is rude and unprofessional. I tried switching doctors but they would not let me.

Not only have we had the worst doctors at the so-called urgent care, but they dont even post their correct hours! Attempted to take my son here last night. He is 7 and had a lot of pain in his ear! Last time his ear drum ruptured. Checked the posted hours and got there are 7:38pm when they post that they are open until 8:00pm. REFUSED TO SEE MY SON!!! "We stop seeing patients at 7:30pm." "Then why post that you are open until 8:00?" "Well, we are here finishing up until 8:00." WHAT?!?! Then post that as your hours! Doctor refused to come to the window. Not even convinced there was one there. Unprofessional, uncaring, and deceiving!!!

The doctors are good - although I never found one that I wanted to make my regular primary care doctor. The office staff is not the friendliest group of people. To be honest I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this office. She would not make any eye contact and spoke to me in an extremely unprofessional and rude manner from the moment I gave her my name - as if I were seriously annoying her and ruining her day by checking into my appointment. Customer service issues absolutely ruin the whole entire experience regardless of the doctor. If you can get to a different doctors office, I would highly reccommend it.

I think she is better than my primary doctor because she is so good and listens to every problem I have. I would recommend her to anyone.
