Jeanie Deeters works with Dr. Bentley, reviewed.My records has a note by J Deeters "I told her we do not use them (surveys) as punitive but as a tool to improve and identify issues. Discussed with Dr. Bentley." This caused Dr. M Bentley to dissmiss, defame, destroy me, fraud her attorneys ignore. Dr. M Bentley caused iron overload with now known unwarranted blood transfusions. She made mistakes, had communication problems. Thomas Cook said I called in threats(lie- funny Jeanie/ Jacque Mason didnt document this in the only phone call), said I fought tooth & nail for blood transfusions-evidence doesnt support, she wrote no worries, no stress etc. my husband witnessed. Does Dr. Dereamer support this?she prescribed a blood transfusion. Thomas said I blew up the internet,why Dr M Bentley dismissed- fraud, defemation. He said Melissa dismissed- a unilateral decision. Charitie Horsley also said this in front of witnesses.Melissas dissmissal letter, note state this.Later an email blames her office manager, bosses above- Mountainstar staff in a recorded phone call say this is Jacque Mason, Chris Payne, Charitie Horsley. Melissas attorney states the email is complete&accurate-medical records are federally protected legal documents?whos lying? Jeanies review has a letter(from Melissa?)of knowing the savior-this is the Melissa I thought I knew, took the MBSR class with, contracted for safety with- scared for my life. She hugged me, stabbed me in the back,tore apart my husband&I, then listened, recognized her mistakes, offered recourse, dissmissed, destroyed to protect herself-punitive selfish vindictive dishonest actions? Evidence supported. Dr. Melissa Bentley harmed- medical negligence, abandonment,fraud, breach of fiduciary duty? Prove the abdominal masses werent from stress, duress, emotional/physical trauma from untreated iron overload, multiple dissmissals- her mother Dr Valerie Bentley-7.8 year relationship destroyed, IHC, shutdown of care, compromised care with over 80+ providers . Dr. V. Bentley still used a picture of me meditating with Melissa nearly another 1 1/2 years to hawk her MBSR class​. Both Dr. Bentleys licensure, employee code of conduct has wording on conflicts of interest, immediate family members, dual multiple relationships, boundaries, ethics, continuity of care- to protect patients.Melissa writes honesty is a core concept for an ethical physician to embrace-does the opposite. Melissa hides behind attorneys, blames every one else. I dont have funds, attorneys like the Dr. Bentleys. I do have a knowledge of the savior, he knows what happened, truth. I didnt do anything to warrant this, her innappropriate behavior, outcomes at Dr. Melissa Bentleys hands- hell at IHC. I believed, trusted, worked hard. a prior survey had positive outcome- effective, neutral way to address problem, evidence shows this. Why would I not think this was safe, use it again? Mountainstar released the 2nd survey. No vicious words, name calling, false accusations destroying the relationship forcing dissmissal as Charitie Horsley&Dr. Valerie Bentley said Melissa claimed. They wont release the surveys Melissa documents- they dont exist-are fraud, defemation? Instead of facing the iron overload medical nightmare, a new nightmare/hell was created, for my entire family, Mountainstar,IHC. Melissa, I eagerly wait to address this with the savior. He knows what happened, what you did, just as you know. How you live with this has got to be a worse hell then you created for me. I fear for your patients. You are a smart woman. I can say you are the most dishonest, evil person I have met. Ever. I carry your mothers MBSR brochure with me, the picture a reminder not of a mother/daughter mental health integration team working hard to get me well/mindfulness, but that people abuse positions of trust will take your money, harm, toss you like garbage, defame. Vulnerable trusting patients are easily scammed. Evil is everywhere, even in doctors coats.

I have had many Internists over the years, some good and some not so great. I feel very blessed that I found Dr. Melissa Bentley and her office, because shes always competent and prepared, meaning when she comes into the room for my visit, she knows whats going on with me and has reviewed my charts, test results, and she sits down and talks to me, not at me, about my health issues. She explains things I dont understand and engages me in the decision making process by asking me how I feel about her suggestions and is always respectful but makes her recommendations clear. My family and friends go to her also and they feel the same way. Her staff and office is the ONLY medical office that I have never sat and waited more than 10 mins (and usually never more than 5 mins) in the waiting room. The nurse and reception gals are kind and great people. As long as they are there and Dr. Bentley is around, I dont intend to switch to another doctor.

Dr Bentley is my physician. She is very kind, knowledgeable and cares about you on a personal level. I enjoy going into the clinic because everyone is very friendly and happy. I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr BentleyDear Jeanie, As you approach a difficult day tomorrow I wanted to let you know that I have prayed with confidence for the power of our Saviors amazing atoning gift of love to encircle and lift you with feelings of peace in a way that you will feel His enormous encompassing love for you, for Rick and for all of your family. In todays atmosphere the medical field is a "big business" indifferent society that has lost the purpose of the medicine and doctors. I would still have that opinion if we had not run into Dr. Melissa Bentley, from Ogden Internal Medicine. With the first meetings with her, right through the current time she has shown a medical knowledge, caring attitude, and concern for our welfare, that has been lost in the medical community. My previous Doctor moved his practice to SLC. I had been with him for over 30 years. To change doctors was a difficult decision. I chose Dr. Moulton because he was in the same office as my previous doctor. I was very impressed with Dr. Moulton and his staff. He was very professional and personable, which put me at ease immediately. I am very happy with my decision with Dr. Moulton and have all ready scheduled another appointment. I highly recommend him and his staff to any one looking for a doctor.

Having waited many years to find a Doctor that doesnt move every year (Military) I consider myself lucky by finding Dr. Scott Moulton and his staff. I have yet to be disappointed, they treat me with respect and everyone "hears" what the problem is Im trying to convey and then work on the corrective action. Additionally, they always have a smile and a good conversation!!!!!!! :o)

I could not be more pleased with Dr. Bentley. Spot on with a couple of diagnoses of my wife and me. Great follow up. Office staff extremely helpful in navigating the vagaries of a rather uncaring Medicare Advantage insurance program. Could not be more pleased with a primary care physician. In my 76 years I have never been to a better primary care physician.

I am extremely fortunate to have Dr. Melissa Bentley as my primary care Physician. Dr Bentley is knowledgeable, compassionate and understands the need of the patient. Dr Bentley has a great staff who cares about there job and does everything possible for the patient. I want to say think you to Dr. Bentley and her staff.
