Dr. Rikki Lewis began working on me following a major shoulder surgery I had in January, repairing damage from a nasty mountain bike wreck. I was in a lot of pain and I began to wonder if I would ever be out of pain, it just seemed to go on forever. Dr. Rikki worked on me time and again, restoring my movement more and more as the weeks passed. Then her therapy actually took me out of my pain, and she got me back on my mountain bike. Dr. Rikki and her staff of qualified professionals are amazing, they will take the time to work on you however you need, paying "very" close attention to your progress. I would recommend TST and Dr. Rikki and her staff to "anyone" who needed physical therapy of any kind, they are truly the best!

If you need physical therapy, I would highly recommend Total Sports Therapy. The environment was welcoming, friendly and always positive. Staff members went above and beyond to ensure the prescribed exercises were not only completed, but that the correct technique was being used to generate the optimum results. More importantly, my physical therapist was knowledgeable, patient, realistic, astute and caring as she prescribed a regime of exercises to help me reach my goals. If I ever need PT again, my only choice will be TST.

The entire staff was wonderful. I made quick progress in regaining my mobility after a broken shoulder. Richelle really works at stretching a little further each time and all the assistants make sure you are always doing the exercises correctly. If I ever have the need for further therapy, I will definitely choose them again.
