Great experience!!! Fun, friendly, caring staff & a very knowledgeable & experienced therapist. Thank u PPTS for removing the need for a 3rd surgery & for providing me with an affordable treatment with longer lasting results than my previous surgeries & the ability to self manage :-) I had a ganglion cyst on my wrist that kept growing & became painful & limited use of my hand & my ability to grip. Ive had 2 previous surgeries that temporarily resolved the problem. Unable to afford another surgery, I went to PT to manage the pain. The PT used kinesio tape on my wrist which helped with the pain & after about 2 weeks of getting taped, both the pain & cyst were gone & i had full pain-free use of my wrist & hand. I have been back to PT there for different body parts, but 3 yrs later the cyst hasnt returned.

I had an ACL surgery. I am a college athlete. Tami was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and able to explain information concerning my injury to where I understood everything. I am now done with therapy and Im stronger than ever and back to playing basketball! The front office was very nice and friendly. The physical therapists were patient and listened to the goals I had for myself and put them into action!!! Thank you so much for everything Tami, I will never forget what you did for me! Tiff

Went for my first appointment today, they left me in a room waiting for my therapist, they never told me she was not on the premises. It was not until I inquired as to what was taking so long they told me the therapist was on her way in and they didnt know how long it would take. I gave up and left. Receptionist was very nice, but the rest of the experience was painful.
