Very bad customer service. I called the Chandler location on 3/19/15 @ 3:30pm to make a first time appointment. I was auto-transferred to a different location, because no one at the Chandler facility answered. After giving the rep all my information, she placed me on hold. After a couple minutes she got back on the phone and asked if she could call me back in a few minutes. I indicated that would be OK. I didnt hear back from anyone the rest of the evening. On 3/20/15, I called again, sometime after noon. This time I spoke to Amy and right away she couldnt seem to repeat the spelling of my name without my repeating it. She added letters, rearranged some and just got it wrong. The lack of concentration was starting to become clear.She found my information and informed me someone had called and left a message that morning. I stated no one from their facility called and no one left any messages on my phone. I was informed, "We dont make this stuff up, Im only telling you whats in the system." Well, after that rude comment, instead of realizing maybe whoever tried to call mis-dialed my number, I stated to never mind and hung up. Its clear to me the phone reps with 360 need to take some phone etiquette training. If I could rate 0/5, I would.

Excellent customer service. If Chandler lines are busy you are transferred to another location that has access to Chandler information. You are never ignored. The Chandler front desk is very helpful, courteous and even fun to talk to. My physical therapist Charles is the best ! He knows you are there to recover and work towards healing. Unlike other therapist Ive encountered at other PT locations he and the other Chandler therapists know you are not there for athletic training but are there for THERAPY. They are knowledgeable, caring and fun ! It doesnt have to be a bad experience going to therapy and wont be if you go to this location !

This location has a pool which is a bonus since most PT places dont. The therapists are very friendly and really care about their clients. However, they are super busy and you often have to wait for next steps since your therapist is help 2-3 others. Another therapist cant help you since you are only dedicated to one person unlike other PT places Ive been to where all the therapists help all the patients. Also, I wish they used other therapies such as tens units, ultra sound, or massage. Ive been for PT after 3 different surgeries and never had or saw those being used.

Worst customer service..Billing people are not knowledgeable..they told us they accept our insurance and keep sending us bills as ur insurance r out of network..we called billing and again they said your insurance is in network and still keep sending bill as out of network.. we ended paying bills even though we would have not be paying bills as we already reached out of pocket max in in network coverage..even after paying bills in full they keep sending bills..we called and billing customer was soooo rude..will not recommend this location to anyone..

I absolutely adore 360°, I recommend them to anyone whom needs rehabilitation after surgery. This clinic has a staff that is professional, kind, considerate and compassionate.....However be prepared to work if you want to achieve desireable results...Not for the weak at heart or people whom are there for pity parties... They know what to do, they are trained professionals.
