The office and therapy/gym environment are clean, however... It took 45 minutes past my scheduled time to see me. My therapist was also tending to two other individuals while I was there - she and the others werent overbooked, that was standard practice at least for her. I was often left for several minutes at a time after my therapy exercise was completed so she could chat with another co-worker or three off in a corner. I left there, and the pain and mobility continued to get worse despite icing and muscle relaxants, and I spent the next three days in bed unable to move. This was partly because she put the electrolysis tabs on me, turned the machine too high, and left me for thirty minutes without checking back. As a result, all of my back muscles were contracting painfully, and it was forcing my face to contract with each side it switched to. As my first time, I didnt know this was wrong, and it was only because someone else happened to stop by to pick up some used towels recognized that what was happening was "Oh, thats -way- too high, your face shouldnt be doing that!"

I came to Spooner Therapy about 3 weeks ago with a spinal compression fracture. The pain in my back was very bad. My back has steadily improved with the help of my therapist Ann. She is very compassionate and very professional. She had me work out at the clinic and then gave me exercises to also do at home. At every session, she would add more exercises, but only what I was able to do comfortably. The whole staff there is very professional and nice and caring. I would definitely recommend Spooner Therapy to anyone needing physical therapy. K.Trudell
