The single worst customer service experience I have ever had in my almost 60 years on the planet. My doctor referred this place and they quickly called me to book an appointment. I was told to show up early to provide insurance info. When I arrived the receptionist, a mature lady somewhere around my age, barked in a threatening tone, “what are YOU doing here?” She looked shocked that I was there. It was truly bizarre. I explained that I had an appointment. She then snapped "youre not on the schedule, who booked your appointment?” I explained I didn’t know because they had called me. She then magically found my name for an hour later than the time I scheduled. I said I couldn’t make that appointment and would not have booked that time due to prior commitments. No big deal right? Maybe the response would be “I’d be happy to re-schedule that for you sir.” Instead she snarled in her continued demeaning, snarky, tone that they didn’t even have my insurance info! Huh? That’s why I showed up early… per their request. I decided to turn around and walk out. All the while this person continued to yell at me in an agitated tone that she could help. I have no idea if the therapists here are any good but if this lady is any representation of how the rest of this facility is run I would stay far, far away. I own several businesses and if this was one of my employees I would be mortified.
