I had a flaming bacterial infection of the nose, throat, and ears, and after a bad experience with another nearby urgent care (Northwest at Orange Grove and Thornydale) where their P.A. made me wait around in a cold room for two and a half hours, only to not prescribe me anything, I suffered greatly for a few more days before giving this Concentra a try. What a wonderful difference between the two! They got me right in to see Dr. Futch, who needed only five minutes of examining me to see I needed a prescription for an antibiotic. I think the whole visit took only 40 minutes, and a lot of that was because he took the extra time to find a liquid form of percocet off the internet (as Im no good with swallowing pills) to prescribe for my terrible sore throat pain. I am so happy to have found this great facility in my neighborhood!

Had to call to request my TB Testing results to be faxed not once but twice to my employer. Called again for the third time to request they be just faxed to me and the person that answered the phone was incredibly rude. She was in the middle of a conversation with someone when she answered. I identified myself and told her what I was needing and she responded with "Wait... what do you want?" I repeated what I needed sent to me again and she was like "Well I cant do that, I cant just send it someplace because you tell me to". Ok? So I asked if there was a release form that she could send me instead and Ill bring it in or fax it back and she sighed like I was a complete bother. Sorry to make you have to work instead of doing social hour with your co-workers.

I walked in and there were three people in the waiting area. I signed in. Over time, as people came out, those three went in. Over an hour later Im ready to say FORGET IT and leave! They finally call my name. Then I sit another 25 min waiting in exam room. Doc comes in, and is done in 10 min. I am told to wait in waiting room for Rx. Another 15 min wait. Two hours? Even though the doc was nice , I wont go back. Never again.

I went in for an allergic reaction. They left me sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes. The doctor was of no help. They over charged me on the day I went. They never mailed me a statement. I found out from my insurance statement that I was over charged. I got the run around when calling this location directly. Now I must wait 6 to 8 weeks for a credit. This is how not to do business!

I was there waiting for about three hours just for a physical, but it was packed as well so I understood. The ladies in the front was real nice but when the medical Assistant called me to go back she was extremely rude! I just wanted to get the hell out of there! Lucky the doctor was a sweetheart so that kinda made up for the rude Medical Assistant.

Went to this urgent care because it was close to my house. Waited forever and was misdiagnosed. The doctor that examined me said I had an upper respiratory infection. Five days later, getting much worse, I was diagnosed with pneumonia at a different urgent care. I would NOT recommend this place.

After first visit, I scheduled appointment on Friday morning, was third person to arrive at 830 am. Waited four hours to be seen by doctor for five minute exam and released. Noticed that in four hour wait, more then 30 people arrived and were seen before me!? Confused by protocal? Len wisniewski

This was my first time in this office. They are courteous and explain any questions or concerns you might have. I even got a shot that I wasnt expecting and for the first time in my life...I didnt feel a thing and let me tell you that Im afraid of needles.

Would rather go to the DMV. Showed up half an our early for my appointment and still sat in the waiting room 2 hours, only to be taken back to wait naked for another hour. Understaffed and uncarring.

Stay away from this place. The head doctor is incompetent!!! Paperwork messed up and long wait for each step of the process. Had to go to another doctor to get a thorough exam and a correct diagnosis.

April, one of the therapists there has terrible bedside manner. Seemed angry that I wasnt well yet. She admitted they do nothing special.
